The apartments are very centrally located. They were cosy and clean
There were a few things, although trivial, that would have indicated more attention to detail. This included a clock whose battery needed replaced. A diffuser in the bathroom which was dry. There was a very limited selection of tea and coffee with no decaffeinated options.

This place was a great combo of hotel room and Airbnb. The room was small but well decorated and very clean. Simple bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I cooked several meals. Good location, close to the City Hospital train station. I didn’t meet any staff, but the check in instructions were spot-on and everything went smoothly.,Great price, too.

It was nice to be able to use a washing machine and a kitchen (for those who were prepared for that). The room was small but very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom the same. A little away from the city centre but a very nice area. Great pub practically across the street. I also made use of the in house books available. Perfect for one person.

Location
Calling it a apartment, but was just a tiny room in the roof of one house.

Location
Having communicated with me for about 5 days before my check in during which everything was requested from me ( obviously because of my non-English name. Every form of document was requested for identification. One would then expect better preparation but unfortunately, I met an unclean room, used, rough and appalling bed. There was no one be to talk to as the phone would ring endlessly without response. I slept on the chair in a cold room as I couldn’t get the heating on. I had to request cancellation, booked a better place and jumped out of Wellesley in the morning, tired and frustrated

Great location, 15 min leisurely stroll from city centre but alternatively there is a bus stop around the corner on the Lisburn Road. Generous kichen area with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 hobs and ovens if you want to do some home cooking, washing or ironing. Clean towels kept in kitchen if you need a towel change. The place is generally well looked after. The area is very good for local shops and food outlets.
The pin operated lock on the front door got some getting used to as you need both hands free to operate it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Responded quickly to an issue with heating the room and had it all fixed within the hour.
Opposite a pretty noisy pub but earplugs are provided. The rooms in real life are not as lovely as the photos, but they're good enough.

I never usually find accommodation that feels like home but The Wellesley did! Whilst i was only there for 2 nights, i absolutely did not want to leave. I was comfortable, i felt extremely safe being a solo female travellers. Bathroom was well equipped. Bed was so so comfortable. I hope to return to Belfast again and stay here once more
NOTHING! Everything was 10/10

The room was nice and cozy. And it was about a 20 minute walk from the city centre so it was nice and quiet at night.

Very clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable. Street parking is available but you gotta know how to parallel park and spots are hard to find. I had to park a few blocks away at times. But it's a safe area with lots of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Make sure you have all your access info before business hours end if arriving late as there is no one onsite to assist. I was concerned about parking and didn't get a response till late next day.
Not being able to get ahold of someone easily after hours.

Room was clean and tidy. It had touch of class and had facilities.
Would have been if room was bit larger.
5.0 / 10.0
The room had a private bathroom with good hot water. The internet worked well.
The room was very small, even for one person it felt cramped, so I can’t imagine it for more. The management’s communication relied heavily on pressure through possible fines. Maybe this was meant as an educational strategy, but it felt unnecessary. Simply asking guests to follow the rules would have been enough without the constant threat of penalties.

Good facilities in the kitchen. There's a fridge , a kettle , toaster, tea... everything you need. Location is pretty good as well if you don't mind walking. supermarket and a pub just nearby.
The budget room is very tiny, so it's perfect for one person. Having two people in it, was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny as well, bumped my elbows many times . It was very very hard to move around in that room with another person . The bed is also too small for two people as well, specially for friends traveller. The doors were heavy and they have that thing to open , so you need to use two hands at the same time- so forget holding a mug with a tea. The room is located in the ground floor and in the passage to the kitchen, so may be noisy. I could stay here again , but solo for sure.

Location is quiet and conveniently located near the Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. Easy access to the city and lots of cafes/restaurants. They also allowed us to get early check in, which we appreciated.
- You can only communicate to the staff via whatsapp and they are not very responsive, especially during the weekend.
- The room is small but we were expecting it.
- We don't this property was not good value for money (but we were in town for a wedding the same weekend of a golf competition so probably prices were inflated)
- No luggage storage

I loved that there was a bathroom inside the room and there was a TV so I was able to watch the Simpsons at night.
The lighting was a little dark but overall it was lovely.

We arrived at our room where the cleaner obviously forgot to clean the room from previous guests. We called the accomodation and our situation was very promptly dealt with. We got upgraded to a bigger room and everything went smoothly. They apologised and they were super kind!

This was a truly regrettable experience.
The lack of flexibility and the attitude.

The shower has been the best one on this entire trip. The bed was comfy, and the communal kitchen was handy. There was a great bar and restaurant right across the street "Ryan's Bar".
We arrived at 530pm to an un prepped, dirty room. We could not speak to the company as the office closes at 5pm. Thank goodness a helpful cleaner was still there. Our room was not on her list, but she kindly cleaned it right away. She saved the day being able to stay on and get our room ready. The company says to make sure you have your check-in email information from them before 5pm, now I know it's because they're not available to help after 5 pm. The location is quite far from everything. It took an hour to walk to the Titanic Museum. We got the least expensive room which was very small and only a ceiling window to let in fresh air. I wish I had upgraded to a larger room as it looked quite lovely.

The location is good and nearby several great restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can cook and prepare your breakfast in the kitchen to save some money.
I was upgraded to standard double room but the photos of the room on Booking.com contained several different standard double rooms of this site. The one I was allocated was the smallest one with window on the roof, very small and you couldn't tell from the photo. What annoyed me the most is that the door seal was loose and I couldn't close the door....... I tried to contact the accommodation for solution, but they got off work early and there was no evening customer service line to handle urgent matters. Very disappointing for this price range, I would have stayed in a hostel and had help from the front desk. Imagine if I couldn't fix the door problem myself, I would be stuck with the door open all night. :)

I really liked your dad. It was close to everywhere. Room was nice and cosy on the top floor. It’s near to Lisburn Road, so you have shops and restaurants all around It.
I actually liked everything so it’s hard for me to reply for this question

The bed was super comfy, the room was clean and the ensuite properly supplied with towels/shower gel/toilet roll for our 4 day stay.
The seals on the double glazing don't work - road noise from the Lisburn Road/ Ryan's Bar across the street was very evident.

Location, décor, thoughtful welcome pack.
Some traffic noise at night, not a problem for me but might bother some

We had an excellent stay - the guest house was clean, comfortable, great value and in a convenient location. The ammenities provided were a lovely touch. Staff were really communicative and made sure everything was ok. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It is a tiny apartment. There is no refrigerator in the share kitchen.

It was clean and comfortable and had its own bathroom.
The toilet had no exhaust fan.

Staff were very prompt at answering questions and check in instructions were very clear.
Bed was super comfy and shower powerful. Room was exceptionally clean and kitchen appeared well equipped even though we didn't use it.
100 percent would recommend for excellent value, location, staff, and decent sleep.
Would not hesitate to return.
Loved the TAYTOS!
The only thing that was an issue is down to other guests letting heavy fire doors slam behind them which isn't the accommodations fault it's just common courtesy on their part. Another guest had commented about this so we came prepared with ear plugs which drowned most of it out.

Decent location. Good transport links.
Immediately after booking we received unsolicited calls explaining booking rules that we had read and understood via email.
Then when we arrived we noticed a foul damp smell and quickly realised this was caused by substantial mould in the en-suite bathroom.
We called and were advised this could be dealt with the following day, so we arranged to be out the room to allow for this. Upon arriving back at the guesthouse, the mould had not been dealt with.
I then called the following day. Spoke with Naomi, the call handler. This call was quite unproductive, her attitude left us both stressed and upset. She advised me that this was not a cleanliness issue, I simply did not understand that it was an old house. Her attitude as awful, it was as if we brought the mould with us on the trip.
The mould was dealt with to an extent on this day, although for three days of our booking the room was not useable for us as it was so smelly and we had to allow access.
We also discovered that the emergency exit to the rear of the property was blocked by rubbish and garden waste. Making exit in the event of an emergency quite hazardous. We also advised Naomi about this but she did not seem concerned.
The room throughout was very loud, perhaps due to too many rooms crammed into a small space.
Finally on the last day, a member of house keeping staff tried to enter our room forty minutes before check out. We were dressing and showering etc so this was a real invasion of privacy. She didn’t knock.
Would not recommend this accommodation to someone I didn’t like.
