A good price for Belfast but, of course, you get what you pay for. It’s very convenient for Queen’s University and a short walk to the Botanic Food Quarter. Fairly quiet area and easy to self-check in and out.
The bed was very soft and there was no chair in the room. The bathroom had nowhere to place toiletries or hang towels. If you’re bigger than me, you’d really struggle to get the shower door open enough to get in: the space between shower door and washbasin is very limited.

The kitchen was great, all appliances and very clean.
Easy check in and access
Great pub opposite.
The bed was awful. Squeaked every time you moved and the mattress sagged in the middle.
Cobwebs hanging from the lampshade wasn't too nice.
Guttering outside our room was badly damaged so constantly loud drips as the water poured out next to the window.
