The bedroom was clean and warm, and there was a kitchen I could have used down the hall which looked clean.
I was surprised to have to pay a deposit for almost the same amount of money as the rental, and it seems it will take 7 days for it to be refunded. There was no TV in the room, nor anywhere to hang up clothes and the bathroom was shared. I didn’t meet the owner but spoke with him on the phone when I arrived because I didn’t know how to access the room. He did let me in because I was in a hurry to go for an appointment, on condition that I sent him the deposit asap which I did.
