Located a short walk from the city centre.
Plug missing from sink in bathroom. No toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. Asked to remove shoes before going up the stairs.

The room is cozy, clean toilets.
While booking it showed I will be having a private toilet (ensuite room), but the property has 6 rooms and only 2 toilets that is common. No proper cutlery. No toiletry. We stayed for 3 nights and were 2 people but only 1 towel was provided. The toilets lacked handwash and the floor makes too much sound while walking. They turn off the heaters at night. And when I tried talking to the lady (staff) she was very arrogant.
