Nice location. - next to the piece wall. Easy to find. Great deal who wants to save some money and still have a good place to spend a night.
Thin walls and noise insulation. For sensitive people it can be challenging to hear other noises. I was ok with that.

I wasn't made aware that there was access to the kitchen. It was a bit confusing with regards to what to do.
It was difficult to find the location at night. Also it would've been useful to know that there was access to a kitchen. Bedding was also old/worn.

It was clean and comfortable.

The room and bed was comfortable.
Didn't kettle, door handles that were tricky to open. We had no heat on the 1st day all day and night, no hot water had to wait until the next day.

Bed was very comfy, good shower pressure and temperature, clean, good location, friendly host, had no issues walking at night
Toilet lid kept falling down, difficulty opening the front door sometimes (one of the ladies who opened the door for me once when I couldn’t get in reported the same issue)

House lovely and clean and smells fresh upon entering. Very spacious room and highest quality bed. Room has a TV and fresh towels in room upon arrival. Room had fast WIFI. All mod cons available throughout the house. Very impressed with the shower room - It's really big like hotel standard too. Cleaners come by everyday to maintain cleanliness. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. The good sized supermarket is just a 2 minute walk away. The bus stop into Belfast is just a 3 minute walk away.
The other guests being heavy handed with opening and closing of the main front door of the house and the same door some odd guest from another room during my 2 night stay was fiddling with the main front door handle like it’s a play toy. Some care and attention to property that isn't theirs wouldn't go amiss. Very annoying when you are trying to sleep. The house rules state that you are NOT allowed to prepare food, like chopping carrots or making a stir fry. The work around is that you are allowed to cook or heat up post-prepared food.

The House was clean, bedroom was comfortable etc.
They did not let us know that there are gates that lock every night at 6.30pm that separate where the house is situated from the bus stop. My partner and I were there for a gig so got off of the bus stop at around 11.30, we expected a 10 minute walk but ended up having to walk 40 minutes and still not finding an entrance, as there was a lot of people at that show there were no taxis available, after leaving the show at 10.30 we only made it back at 1am, finally sourcing a taxi. Also coming from dublin we didn’t recognise the area we booked was pretty anti-irish so that was a little bit terrifying.
I added a picture of the gates that lock at night.

The room was clean. They let us use the living room after checking out from the room.
There were some issues with the internet and also despite being a kitchen there you are not allowed to cook. Have asked the host multiple times about late check-out (which I am aware it’s not always possible which is fine) but we were ignored every time we asked. The check-out time is confusing as online says 10am inside the room on the list of rules says 11am. Couldn’t use the internet the first night which was a little annoying.

Great location for my trip, quiet house with very little noise from other guests.
Some issues at check in but it was sorted quickly with no fuss.
Also let me leave my bag until check in time.

The amenities and size of my room were excellent, it was right next to the Peace Wall, a must visit location in Belfast. The shower was spacious and had great water pressure. The towels and bed were soft and cozy.
The house was a bit noisy though, both from external and internal sources. My door also needed to be pulled closed very hard to operate the key, it was difficult to figure out at first.

It is a nice quiet house at the bottom of a long road, with a really comfortable bed in a spacious room
It is a bit far from the city centre, about 30 minutes walking; when the 'peace lines' gates are closed the accommodation can only be reached from the north

Was clean and tidy, as described and the bathroom also had shampoo, shower gel etc which was a great extra!

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy to check-in, calm area.
The shower upstairs doesn't regulate temperature, it goes from cold to super hot in cycles.
10.0 / 10.0
It has a well equipped kitchen with washing machine and driers. It is very clean and both of the king rooms we booked were very comfortable. It is 25 mins walking from city centre, and next to a lot of murals/ tourist spots if you are doing a Trouble sightseeing.
The hot water from the shower is a bit inconsistent and you have to adjust the temperature all the time. But not a big issue for us.
9.0 / 10.0
Good host communication, quite equipped kitchen, convenience with checking in and out.
Could be a bit noisy because walls are “made of paper”. If you neighbors come late or leave early you should use your earplugs to avoid awakening. Also the shower is a bit tricky with water temperature. You have to find the balance between hot and cold water and the stream power to get the stable warm water =)) Arriving after sunset on foot you can find it tricky to get from the west side of the city because of the “peace wall” and all gates of most of the streets are closed. It is not the issue of premise but you should be aware (I was not).

The only thing we liked was a spacious room
Basically everything!!
- There is no communication with the host, he/she does not respond to any messages. They did not even send us the check-in instructions, I had to ask for it and sent to be 1 hour before check-in, very inconvenient.
- Heaters do not work, neither inside the room nor in the main area. Rooms are freezing cold and you can imagine how cold this will be in Belfast weather. I've informed the host about this twice and they did not even bother to answer me.
- Beds are not comfy, me and my partner both had backache after sleeping there 2 nights.
- Rooms and public area are not clean, specially toilets are very dirty.
- No facilities, not even a soap in the toilet.
- Water temperature in the shower is not ideal, it either gets super hot or super cold.
- Location is quite far from city center.
- Bad value for money, so so expensive for what you get.

Bed was not so comfortable and pillows are way too hard

The one transit bus stopped a simple 3 short blocks away from the residency. There was also a public library within 100 feet of that same bus stop. There are four separate rooms, so if the other guests are respectful, then your stay will be good. There is a kitchen for use, however I chose not to eat on the premises. I would stay again.
Some of the other guests that stayed there were very loud playing the music, provided off of the televisions. Also when exiting on their last stay, the one guest lady decided to leave the bathtub full of her hair. If the other guests are respectful, then it will be good. The 'locking' of the main / front door was a trick for 80% of the other guests, so often I would arrive back to the residency & even when I was going out for the day, the aforementioned main / front door was found 'closed' but NOT locked.

I had no breakfast. Very clean house 🏠at a very superb location.
Bed mattress needs to be changed and cleaners didn't do justice in the room as the bedside cabinet were left dusty.

Been here before it’s cheap & absolutely spotless, hair dryers provided & incase you’ve forgot anything theirs toiletries etc in the bathroom, just good value for money & in a nice quiet spot
Only bad thing is I don’t like the camera on the house opposite which is looking into the bedroom I was in & it only few feet away I did mention this on last stay but still there,

Near to peace walls. Allowed me to check in early
The house was old and creaks a lot even when walking softly. Upstairs bathroom needs maintenance. Towels have a lingering smell so must not have been washed well.

Well the location of the property, it’s close to the city center that I can walk it and Shankill the neighborhood we’re the property is also nice. The Room was good, bed, tv, WiFi and everything is included. The toilets are well stocked. The kitchen has all the appliances in place for cooking. Overall I had a very good time in the property. Will definitely recommend!
For some reason the 1st floor Bathroom the shower’s are always hot and we can’t change the temperature. But otherwise the Bathrooms are good.

It was clean and absolutely fine for the price.
Interesting location, locks a bit tricky to open, can be noisy (very thin walls and doors noisy when they open), minor issues in bathroom (e.g. dripping shower).

My best friend and I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. The house is a 30mins walk to city centre or 10minutes bus ride. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The peace wall is just close to the house and that was a plus. There’s a Spar as well for quick groceries.
It was difficult to open the front door and we spent a minimum of 20 minutes trying to open the front door whenever we had to go in. The first time it happened we called the host and she gave some instructions that didn’t help at all despite following it through. We finally managed to get in after so many tries. We expected her to call and check in to see if we managed to get in and she never did. On another night, one of the guests had to come open the door for us.
I think the locks should be changed!
