Easy to contact host when required - always very quick to respond. No problem changing number of people on booking at short notice. Nicky was very friendly and nice to deal with. Easy to access room, even though no staff were on site at the time as far as I know. Room was fresh and clean, 2 complimentary waters waiting for us which is actually very useful.
No gripes really. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so probably means you would need a taxi, especially at night. However, I knew this when I booked, so it's not a gripe - just mentioning it in case it's useful to someone else. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs, so might not suit everyone.

The host was extremely friendly and let me check in an hour early. The hotel is about 2.5 km from the main attractions, but there is a bus stop right out front.

Checking in was very easy and I received a helpful message beforehand about how to get into the building.
It was pretty noisy. The walls and doors aren't very thick so I could hear people in other rooms most of the time and could hear doors banging a lot.
