Relaxing comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities for short stay visitors.

Relaxing comfortable room. Had everything a business traveler would need. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner,tv,hairdryer,tea and coffee making facilities, fold able chairs if eating meals in the room, cutlery and crockery for meals etc The member of staff (Nicky) who I met was very welcoming and friendly. Made a huge difference as it was my first trip to Belfast. Bus stop to and from City centre just outside the hotel. Local shops and takeaways very close too.Coded lock at front made it convenient to leave and return at my convenience.

It would have been nice to have a separate, common sitting area/eating area for when guests have visitors. I don't like eating meals in my room. And I travelled to catch up with my nephew. Felt odd to have a catch up in a bedroom, even though there were folding chairs we could sit on. And I don't like eating out every day.

The perfect stay

The room and bathroom was absolutely spotless, had everything you need, the bed was so comfy, the room was so nice and warm and the towels were super fluffy and big! The woman was so lovely and friendly. We had the best stay 😌☘️

It was a little further than where I was attending events during the weekend but it is on a main bus route and if you buy a £5 day ticket you can travel all over Belfast for the day

Location was ideal. I drove all over Northern Ireland doing day trips from this accommodation. Super friendly pub directly across from this address. I stayed four nights, and would definitely stay here again.

A light is needed above first flight of stairs. I found the timer switch on the first landing. Switch needs to be on the ground floor.

Came to Belfast to see the Titanic Museum and we were not disappointed.

Close to street with a few restaurants and other business, but they were all closed early on a Wednesday evening. There was a lovely bar across the street.

Could not find a restaurant that was open and serving food. There were a couple of pubs. They didn’t serve food on Wednesdays.

Last minute booking that worked out really great! Would stay here again.

Booked very last minute, needed a room for that evening and staff were very helpful. Made a self-check in late that night with no issues. Easy to park the car on the street with no charge, also spaces available on the driveway of the hotel. Room was modern, clean, had a comfy bed and was quiet during the night.

The location was perfect close to the centre, room was beautiful with everything we needed and the price was more than reasonable. Would definitely come back strongly reccomend. Communication was thorough and instructions were left prior to us arriving on how to enter and where to get keys

Room.was perfect for what I needed. Nice bed, decent shower, good quality towels. Checked in and out easily and the location was decent.

Literally the only thing wrong with the room was that the toilet toll holder was basically hanging off the wall, bit its hardly a big deal. The road can be pretty loud if you keep the window open, but with earpkugs/earphones its fine.

Good little bolt hole

Although small, the room was comfortable to come back to after a day sight seeing. With the bus stop directly outside it was only a matter of 18 minutes to make it into the centre of Belfast. The beds were comfortable .

The hot water in the shower fluctuated and there was nowhere to hang Towels.

Nicky was friendly and helpful.

Arriving outside business hours meant I had to drag my luggage up the stairs without help. I also had to park across the road. The room would be better if a fold up table and chair could be provided. This would be a space saving way of giving guests somewhere other than the bed to sit down to eat and work on digital devices. The room may be value for money in pounds sterling but because of the exchange rate it is AUD $146 per night, so not value for money for Australians. I doubt anything can be done to solve that problem.

A fantastic and comfortable guesthouse with extremely clean room and at a very reasonable price

Bedroom and ensuite bathroom were spotlessly clean Self check-in process was extremely straightforward and hassle-free Nicky, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful when I'd called her earlier about an issue with my credit card (which was down to a Booking.com system error and nothing to do with the property), and also when she texted me later with the self check-in information Even though the location is not central, there is a bus stop located immediately outside the property, with a fairly frequent bus service to/from the city centre There was a fridge (complete with complimentary bottled water!) in the bedroom, which I found extremely handy (there was also a kettle too) Toiletries were provided Bed was extremely comfortable Clear information about Wifi was provided, along with 2 telephone numbers to contact the host(s) on

I'd need to nit-pick to come up with negatives. I suppose a breakfast option would have been nice. Also, contact with the host(s) relied on having access to a mobile telephone, which was absolutely fine for me, however may present an issue with foreigners who don't have UK sim-cards
