For just a bed, it was ok, and that's all I needed.

The shower was too small, cramped, and was alongside the toilet. The room smelled like old, stale cigarettes. The only time I felt over-scared and intimidated was during the 2 weeks I was away, and it was in the 3 different places I stayed at.

The window did not close properly at all , the heating did not work in the room , there was no light bulbs in the lamps. The carpet was not clean, behind the bed there was rubbish.

Dirty. Blood on duvet cover, the amount of rubbish and dust under the bed was unbelievable. (I only looked cus I lost some money under the bed), curtains don’t close properly, Lino flooring was very sticky. Very hot in bedroom.

The actual room wasn't too bad and it was easy to get to. The photos were not accurate to our room.

They insisted we text them in the morning of arrival day but we o ly had data and they wouldn't respond via Booking.com messages. The street smelled awful, there were no racks in the oven, no hot water at the kitchen sink, the shower was broken and the bed was really soft, pillow was pitiful. You do get what you pay for, but this wasn't even worth the £30/night. It felt like a bit of a dodgy area and we didn't feel that confident with our car parked on the street.
