Great accommodation - Great price !

Lovely clean, warm accommodation in a great location. Really comfy bed, towels, toiletries .... everything we needed. It took all the stress out of an early morning hospital appointment close by.

There was nothing to dislike. . If we were being really picky I'd say it would've been nice to have a TV in our room ..

This accommodation provided good value for money. The bed was very comfortable and the room was tidy. The owner was quite helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage, whilst we picked up our hire car.

The people in the neighbouring room were talking and moving about until at least 2.00 am. This was contrary to the request to be quiet after 11.00 pm.

Top floor attic room

The room was smallish but comfortable. We were quite happy with it and had no problems with the shared bathroom. A very good hot shower. Close to public transport.

My stay was as expected and I would book it again.

Very good and quick communication. Host answered all questions fast, friendly and with comfort of the guest in mind. Everything was clean and comfortable. With a bit of walking you can even reach the city center by foot. Grocery shop is just across the street and has good opening hours.

The info about the deposit should be sent earlier, so one has a chance to send the money before being on the road already.

Unpleasant stay in a subpar room

I am very grateful that I had a roof over my head for the night

The host was unclear and misleading regarding the booking terms. After reserving through Booking.com, I received a separate message from the host requesting an additional deposit to access the room—something not very clearly mentioned upfront. Even after paying the deposit, it wasn’t returned automatically; I had to follow up directly to get it back. The facilities were underwhelming. Rather than properly cleaning the room, the host seems to rely on strong air fresheners to mask odors, which felt more like a cover-up than actual cleanliness. Security was another major concern. There are two lock boxes at the main entrance that contains keys for all rooms, which means anyone could potentially take a set of keys and restrict access for others. Inside, each room has its own lockbox. By accident and from entering the wrong code in the wrong box... I discovered that the owner's approach to key locks is simply changing the number by 1 for each room. Thus each lockbox code appears to be just one digit off from the next, making it easy to guess and undermining any sense of security. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not recommend it, especially for travelers prioritizing safety and transparency.

Clean, comfortable, and well connected.

The location is convenient, with 1 min away from the nearest bus stop and 5 mins away from the nearest train station. There is also a huge supermarket right opposite to the property. The kitchen, though a bit small, was well equipped and cleanly maintained. Despite being a shared bathroom, it was very clean and well maintained.

There is only one bathroom that has to be shared by all four rooms. Sometimes when we were in a rush, the bathroom will be occupied so that was inconvenient.

The property was as advertised, clean comfortable, easy check in.

The host double booked us so we were awoken at midnight by another couple trying to get in to the room. There were no other rooms available so they were forced to go elsewhere and I was left feeling stressed and anxious.

Easy early check-in was provided. The staff is really nice and friendly. There is a big market right outside. Kitchen has everything you need. Wifi works well. Lots of lighting and ventilation.

we used filter to find accomodation with parking spot - that was our main requirement so specification here is misleading - there is no private parking, we had to find random parking spot elsewhere on street. If we knew that we would choose different place to stay.. also there is only one bathroom for entire house and we had to wait for almost an hour to take shower before we left

Quick, pleasant,lovely stay

Apart from the hiccup in the first night which was not the owners fault at all,just a drunken guest who had far to much to drink..we had a very pleasant stay.Dianne was cleaning Wednesday/Thursday and was lovely to chat to,really helpful lovely lovely lady, even allowed us to have later check out on day of leaving for our troubles and having a flight later in the day.Location was great to jump on a bus into city centre regularly
