Quiet, close to things, easygoing and nice host

Lovely host. Easy to get settled. I was looking for a quiet place to sleep after a red-eye flight and this was the perfect spot for it. Easy to bus into city center and a hop-on hop-off tour bus stop is a minute walk from the doorstep (which I took advantage of thanks to the advice of the host)

I didn’t dislike this, but maybe it’s good to know that this is a dead-quiet street that is a half hour walk or so from the center (might matter to you if you want to be “in the action”)

Very welcoming host. Large comfortable accommodation, everything you need & perfect location.

The host was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly, knowledgeable about the area and the local history. Very accommodating for an earlier check-in and helped arrange taxi at very short notice when I experienced difficulties. The property itself is situated in a prime location and easy to walk and take transportation. The room was large, very comfortable bed with all facilities needed. Same with kitchen and the host provided options for breakfast. I would be back and highly recommend to others.

Responsive owner - Tim helped resolve an issue I had with my key quickly and was always contactable. Central location next to amenities and transport links. Secure building and room. Generously sized room.

Issue with key, however this was resolved by the owner quickly and efficiently. Shared bathroom sink had slight cleanliness issue, but this is perhaps due to the shared nature of bathroom.

Belfast is lovely with a rich history. Apartment is a decent value with good accommodations

Location was near to public transportation and city center. Host was friendly and very chatty. Host also provided breakfast items such as cereal, bread, pastries, coffee, milk & tea. Room was quiet and internet was great! Lots of restaurants and grocer nearby. Hop On/Off bus is about a block from apartment. Host lives in apartment and is quick to answer questions. He even allowed me to do laundry. Shared Kitchen has a sitting area with TV.

Street parking was a challenge. The Shower room was a bit small. The bedroom and kitchen area slightly cluttered. Narrow staircase to carry luggage to upper floor.

Good location near the university. Extremely helpful and kind host - offered to send my charger back when I accidentally forgot it, always quick to respond to messages helpfully. Breakfast provided. Good price.

A little tatty and worn out. Wi-fi not great and unable to reach 4G. Cramped toilet area - lock could be replaced. I couldn't make the bedside light work. (I'm sure if I'd told the host it would have been fixed asap though.)

The property is a ideal location for access to the Lisburn Road and the University area. The owner /manager is very professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a very pleasant stay. I will be recommending this accommodation to others.

Very good kitchen. Very convenient location. Very helpful host - Tim. Good coffee shop_Melrose- and pizza place- Orto_ nearby, also Maggie Mays. Also Co-Op store. Near Botanic and University. Visited Ulster Museum - 5 mins walk. No. 9 bus to and from city centre - frequent service. Bought 5-day bus ticket for very little, 7 day option available, also 1 day. Took train from Dublin and was able to travel to Botanic Station at no extra cost. Short walk from Botanic Station to this excellent establishment.

I would definitely book the accommodation again if I were to be Belfast again.

The room was clean and John was very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom, which had to be shared, was also clean and all in all the accommodation had everything I needed. It was only a few minutes walk to the city center. Towels were provided.

An excellent stay in Belfast

This was my third stay at no 29 so obviously I am very happy to be there. The location is great with an easy walk or bus ride to the centre of town. The flat is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook. Tim is a friendly host and is available to help if needed. If this is available - you’re in luck!

Tim is an excellent host. Really kind and helpful! The room was big and comfortable enough. Kitchen was fully equipped and could have breakfast and cook easily.

The location was very good considering the price of the room. Bus stop was a short walk away. The owner was very friendly and good to talk to. Helped with suggesting things to do around the city. The bed I had was very comfortable, warm and spacious! Would easily stay here again if I travel back to Ireland.

Great stay for both short-term and long-term, perfect host and location as well.

I liked the host, the kitchen specifically, the people around and the ambience. All was good. Tim was friendly, at times joined us for some chit chat, happy to help with anything we need. I stayed there for almost a month, it feels like home now. I can re-visit the place at times, its so calm.

Only thing was heating issue. Probably I travelled from a warmer region of the globe so I felt too cold. My room was too cold all the time, idk why. but yes I was provided with electric blanket by Tim as such I am safe.
