It was very clean
There was no key to get in
Then the slots on the bed kept coming off . I had to sleep on the floor on the mattress

It was within 20 minutes walk of the centre. Close to an culturlann and Falls Road.
The mattress on the bed was very soft which for me personally uncomfortable

The place is near to the town centre and has lots of food spots around it for takeaway
The door lock was not proper but I managed to the speak to the host and it was sorted.

I liked Nothing about this property it was very cold and very unsafe especially if travelling along
Would not recommend this property at all
Property didn’t match description on booking.com website. Website stated each room featured bath and shower reality was one bathroom in the house shared between all 4 rooms
Windows didn’t close properly, neither did curtains. It was noisy, cold and unsafe

It took several attempts to open the front door due to a defective key that I was required to leave back in the lock box for others. A key was left in the door of the room that I was allocated which did not work. I could see two panels had fallen from the bed frame on entry into the room. The room was a grotty single, which had not been photographed on the property listing. When I leaned on the bed to close the filthy curtains, two more panels fell away. The towel left on the bed was tatty and dirty. ‘John’ who I was communicating via text was extremely rude, and did nothing to rectify the situation. I was disgusted by the set-up, the bed was not fit for purpose, and it would have been unsafe for me to stay there minus a functioning room key. I left within minutes of arriving. This property should not be permitted to be included on booking.com, or any other platform.

Nice street, nice clean house and bathroom .
I have stayed here quite a bit while I job search and all staff I have dealt with in the past have been delightful. This time: I got the rudest person in Belfast on the phone to me . Apparently I was in the wrong room (no numbers on doors and I have eye sight issues). A man and woman from Pakistan turned up and wanted to be in separate rooms. The lady was nice but the man started bossing me about and then the call from apparently the owner was the worst customer service experience of my life. Not sure if he was drunk or simply a nasty person but his manner was disgusting . Ryan the really nice man arrived and sorted out the confusion and I got a good nights sleep.
I went out for breakfast (dont be fooled kitchen does not function) got back to a locked door text them several times over for access and they took for ever to answer. Was like the were holding my baggage hostage. Shame because Ryan is great and the cleaning ladies work hard

The heating was on throughout the night and I loved that
I was not familiar with the lock system and was outside for a while. No one answers the call only by text message. I was cold and under the rain, couldn't check in on time.

Comfortable
When I arrived, no power. No internet. No communication with the owner. Smoke alarm had to be disabled as the battery was flat.
One occupant got locked out of her room and with no internet or wifi, she was not able to call the proprietor for assistance!

Location and free car park outside
No attached bathroom, and the one which was there lacked basic things Handwash and the floor was all wet and tub broken on the side.

Nothing was enjoyable on this property. The double rooms were a good size
The property is a health hazard, extremely strong smell of mould, visibly wet walls painted over. Flimsy bedding, sheets that don’t cover the stained mattress. Facilities were beyond poor.

Another great nights peaceful sleep in the double room . Pristine as usual . Evening bath.(love the ceiling in there) Up early and 15 mins walk to Grand Central through the hospital - all on flat ground
All good

Communication was really easy via WhatsApp, as was entry to the building.
Fairly easy to get to and close to city centre.
Just struggled a bit to dry ourselves with the towels provided.

Clean & tidy.
Fascinating fence nearby.
If you know, you know.😉
No staff can be an issue, however this is one of the better drop box venues

This place has so much potential . In an elegant lively Georgian street - just down from St Mary's University. Have stayed here a total of 9 nights while I job search. Comfortable and clean. Why the owners do not offer it at specific target markets: hospital visitors, University visitors, families doing reunions in West Belfast. Have a working kitchen. Get a table and chairs out front. Do bunk beds in the single room - backpackers would love this. Have me on site cooking breakfasts and up the price/profits:-)......Sad to leave
Just the fact that there is a non working kitchen. By the way ceiling needs fixing in kitchen. Heating is always on - not sure why.

Bedding was dirty and I asked them to be changed. Was told someone was coming and would change them, but no one came. No wifi in the building.

No wifi even if you'd like to pay.
No toiletries...

Nothing
Everything, it was not clean, the bed collapsed, the door could not be locked, neither window nor curtains could be closed, the area was questionable to say the least and I did not feel comfortable at all staying there, useless instructions. I would never even consider staying there again if it were the only place in Belfast.

This was a great accommodation for the (low) price I paid!
A fridge in the kitchen would be handy, but it's not there

Nice white decor, good paintings, clean 3 story house. I was in the top room, with lively views over the suburbs to the green hills. Close to the bus stop and shops. Bed was good, but a neighbour said his base was too soft.
Ha ha, where do I begin. I'll try not to leave anything out. You get what you pay for. 1. The stove/ oven doesn't work. 2. The front door key doesn't work, also my room key didn't lock my room. 3. There were nails sticking up in the carpet (I found something hard and knocked them in. 4. Heating was minimal in my room and too hot in a neighbour's room. 5. T.V. doesn't work(only radio). 6. Shower head attachment broken, so you have to hold the shower rose. 7. I contacted the manager and informed of all those things, ... and silence. I think they just collect the money, hire cleaners, and that's it. Anyway, the toaster, fridge and electric jug work! 😀

Room was decent and nice with freshness.
They promise us for a breakfast but nothing were their and bathroom was newly renovated but not finished yet and things were falling apart. Problems with doors key and we could not feel safe. We tried to contact but they ignored that topic and ignored us.
I will not recommend any one this place

It advertises as a b&b but no breakfast is supplied
Very rough area and it’s not a b&b. It’s clearly a social housing home converted into bedrooms for hire. No host is present. You just get given a code to enter the front door. There are keys to lock the bedrooms but locks are ill fitted. My room only had a roof hatch - no window as such. The bedding looked uncleaned and the carpeted floor was dirty and unhoovered on arrival. Communal bathroom was clean.

The lounge
In all sincerity I don’t wish other staff’s experience what I did, there was no WiFi
The lock of the door was not working properly, they took electricity at some point
The host had terrible communication skills, he wasn’t picking his calls and he had no sense of sympathy or concern .
The attendant was also disrespectful
I do hope this gets published so other people don’t fall victims.
I hope booking.com will also be transparent about this.

Cheap rental property. No more than it when you want to save money on your journey.
Unfortunately, the oven was broken down, cooker was broken down and laundry machine was broken down. I have prepared for it as I was looking for dining out in the town. Car parks was struggling, residents in Belfast put corns on the street to prevent you to park. I asked owner if I could park front the house but there were always cars there. So, I need to find a car park at either very early in the morning or midnight when cars gone.
