Kevin was wonderful, I had no issues but I'm sure if I did he would sort it quick! Great location, great price, comfy bed. Only there one night but it was a great place to stay

Kevin, the owner and his wife are really lovely people. I would highly recommend this as a clean reasonable place to stay with a very nice owner

Everything was as I expected. The room was small, but I was informed of that before booking, so it was no surprise.
Keven and his wife were absolutely great people, most helpful in every way.
I will certainly stay there again if I go back to Belfast,

The host, Kevin is very friendly, giving a lot of tips how to get around the city, what to visit etc. even without asking. The place was mostly clean and the tea and intant coffee provided in the room were a pleasant surprise for this price category.
Well, the biggest downside is certainly the bathroom... The toilet seat was broken. I wonder how much a new toilet seat would cost them? Also the shower was quite worn down.
Why is the place named B&B if there is nothing like a breakfast here? To be fair, it was clear from booking.com, so everybody should know before booking the accomodation.
