The apartment we were assigned was on the top floor which we liked. It was spacious and very lovely. The apartment was clean and the staff we seen were very nice and attentive to our needs. The bathroom was nice and modern. The tv was a smart tv that allowed for Netflix, YouTube and other streaming platforms which hotels don't often have from my experience

The bed was fine but because the bed is a flip out form the wall and converted into the couch, the arm rest takes up a lot of the bed side and every time you get off you shimmy further down the bed because it's blocking you. The black protruding legs were sticking a bit far out and on several occasions I've hit my foot off it which wasn't ideal. Not the apartments fault for the bed design but certainly a consideration point when choosing the bed. Bathroom felt a little narrow and small and the sink has little room to rest things such as toothbrush, skincare, toothpaste, mouthwash etc. it seemed like we had two bottles of hand wash rather than body wash and shampoo so we ended up purchasing our own. Towel was adequate but would have preferred the bigger towels that covers a lot more. Some hotels use the likes of beach size towels which would have been greatly appreciated

Stay here if you just want a place to crash after a busy day out.

Good location with loads of brunch/breakfast options within walking distance.

Payment at the property is not a real option as check-in is from 3PM and, as I was told on the phone, there's no staff at the property from 3PM onwards so... yeah, that's not an option that should be offered. Also, the bed is a fold out and the walls are PAPER THIN. Kept waking up with the sound of two people chatting (not screaming).

The property is very noisy. On arrival the downstairs room seemed to be having a party of some sort with lots of noise coming from it. It didn’t bother me as it was 6pm. During the night from 1am to 6am the building was full of noise from what seemed to be a disagreement between two people. I contacted the mobile phone number via phone call only to be greeted with a voicemail facility. I sent a text message however no response. When I contacted guest services in the morning they advised I should have rang the landline instead. The room was also unclean. The floor was not hoovered as quite evidently dirty. The bed contained hairs and the towels smelled of chlorine. I didn’t bother contacting guest services as I felt it would have fallen on deaf ears due to the dismissive nature of my first grievance.

"Seamless"

Beautifully appointed range of apartments for letting in a delightful period house in the leafy suburbs of South Belfsst. The apartment was spacious with lots of natural light and with a well equiped kitchen area (even an automatic dishwasher!). Large, comfortable bed with excellent bedding, lots of storage space, relaxed lighting for evening use, and with lovely cityscape views from the 2nd floor windows. Big screen TV, and self control heating. Reasonable size bathroom with large glass fronted shower and lots of hot water from individual heating systems What was exceptional was the self check in facilities on arrival. Modern HI Tech electronic key dispensing and drop off system without compromising the security of the guests. Spotlessly clean throughout right down to the glassware! I availed of an off peak accommodation rate which represented excellent value for money. A typical city centre hotel in November would be charging twice what these lovely apartments were available for. A very enjoyable and relaxing venue for the perfect visit to Belfast!

Niggling point, but need more info on how to get the best from the TV system. Car parking (because it is a residential area) can be tricky, but outside the control of the operators of the apartments.

Ok, wouldn’t stay again.

The location was pretty good, it’s like 1/2 hour walk into the city centre but only 10mins from Queens university. I found the location good, nice area.

Whilst everything looks really nice the property itself has ZERO sound insulation. You can hear every footstep in the corridor and rooms above you. I complained about the noise on several occasions but nothing was doing about the room above me moving furniture and banging the floor until 3-4am!!!

Lovely apartment but spoiled by other guests

Noise can be heard from the other apartments, we were also woken up at 2:30 by other residents trying to access our apartment and talking loudly on the phone in the corridor.

Lovely place, but with a few flaws.

The bed was comfy and I especially loved the big, thick pillows. I loved the 'newness' of the place and the fact that there was a fridge and an oven. Good quality teabags.

Couple of hairs in the shower compartment, the hand wash container didn't disperse any soap and I only had two *small* hand towels and no shower towel. Also, there were no spoons, so I had great difficulty getting my teabag out of my cup!!

We stayed in apartment NO.2, so maybe they're not all the same but there's a serious lack of plug sockets/decent mirrors near light. Not thought out for female guest. No USB sockets. If you're vertically challenged good luck reaching the wardrobe space. Full length mirror is tucked in the corner of the room, with limited/no light to do your make up. The mirror in the bathroom is also very dark due to decor, also and has down lighting. Main room has limited/no plugs for hair tools without long cables. Managed to unearth two plug sockets under the sink, not very practical.

Able to drop bags off early at the Gregory which is only a short walk from No5 . Nice staff there. Good location. Close to public transport. The room provided a kitchenette (no microwave) which was really handy. It was very clean with a great shower and comfy bed.

We could hear the people in the room above moving furniture and walking around late at night. Also there isn’t a washer or dryer in the room as per the room description. It’s in a separate locked laundry which was fine but when I asked for the code I was told it would be £5 to use the washing machine which I found very misleading.
