Lovely and Cosy will definitely be looking to stay again.

The building is across a secure multistory car park which has a reduced rate for residents. Property has an easy to access uber collection and set down area too. The facilities and rooms are in pristine condition also.

Overall really smooth, lovely staff, good food and quiet location.

The breakfast options were really good. Price as was as expected for a chain hotel but worth it for 2 days. Hot food was lovely and always replenished. Room service was excellent and having it delivered to the room was worth the extra charge.

Everything went fairly smoothly. Only hiccup was going up to our room to relax before check out after breakfast, and as we had put all our bags in 1 room, my room was open and already being cleaned. Wasn't the end of the world as we still had 1 room to use but we hadn't expected that as we had yet to check out. However understandable that it could haopen as the room was empty and hotels have a tight schedule.

A pleasant & professionally run hotel at affordable prices in the heart of Belfast

The location in Belfast was excellent. The hotel internal design was very modern and well laid out. The staff, each & every one were just super. I would make particular note of Vanessa who went above & beyond to help make it a pleasant stay. John the Supervisor was also great and was patient & professional helping me with queries. Breakfast was superb with everything clear and stocked-up. A round of applause to you all 👏👏👏

Women in reception was great and friendly. Lunch was lovely as well. Rooms were good and the shower was excellent.

Breakfast was stone cold. The women checking us in for breakfast didn’t understand that we wanted to pay for breakfast and made a big fuss about the whole thing. Also the value of the breakfast was very poor even if it was hot.

Family weekend

My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay at hotel. It is family friendly. They had an offer to get a free treat each day for children which of course my daughter loved. And dinner if I was having a main course. This was great as we didn't have lots of money for the trip. The breakfast was nice, but there was a noticeable difference on Monday that it wasn't as stocked up as it was the weekend. The shower in the room is modern and decent. The staff were friendly any time I asked for their help. Choice of hard & soft pillow was good. I had good sleep in bed. It is in a quiet area so there wasn't too much noise which was good for us to relax. I liked the way they served food all day in the hotel so we weren't stuck to particular times.

£14 a night for parking. This is standard all across belfast city centre hotels, unfortunately. Location is a little further from the centre (shopping area) than I would have liked, but a walk is no harm for us either. I liked the location in the end. When you enter the car park, it is confusing when you get lift as you land in a shopping centre. Turn right and that will bring you out nearest to hotel.

Great Location if price isn’t too much of an issue

The central location to the train and tours was perfect.

The food was a bit disappointing - bacon cooked to the consistency of leather every day and the Sunday Roast special was a major disappointment - don’t show two yorkies and sliced beef if that isn’t the offer. Price was very high but may have been only that high due to the Open
