Perfect hotel for a short break in Belfast

Hotel is modern and clean. Staff are helpful and polite.

Other similar priced hotels are closer to the centre. However, the hotel is very close to the Grand Central bus/train station which comes in handy when travelling to/from Belfast International airport.

Great that the windows opened which i needed but there was a bin shelter below and the doors were unlocked so kept banging in the night from the extreme wind.

Outstanding customer service

There was a slight mix up as my father had paid for the room via a third party app. The staff, once they released the error were extremely helpful, and even then in breakfast as way of an apology. It was only a small mix up and i did not see much of a problem. Very comfortable stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The staff make this hotel!!!

This hotel is amazing. I expected it to be bog standard as the price was so reasonable but when we walked in we were shocked and amazed. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and so welcoming. Super bright, clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Our room was fantastic. There was a large double bed and a double sofa bed. Both of which were exceptionally comfortable. The room was bright clean and perfect. Could not have been happier. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and just generally fantastic at their job. We were a party of 12 and didn’t expect them to manage a table for us in the restaurant as we hadn’t booked in advance but within 5 minutes they had a table for us all. The food was beautiful and so reasonably priced and the breakfast was amazing too with so much choice for such little cost. This hotel is so central also. It was just perfect.

The building is across a secure multistory car park which has a reduced rate for residents. Property has an easy to access uber collection and set down area too. The facilities and rooms are in pristine condition also.

Overall really smooth, lovely staff, good food and quiet location.

The breakfast options were really good. Price as was as expected for a chain hotel but worth it for 2 days. Hot food was lovely and always replenished. Room service was excellent and having it delivered to the room was worth the extra charge.

Everything went fairly smoothly. Only hiccup was going up to our room to relax before check out after breakfast, and as we had put all our bags in 1 room, my room was open and already being cleaned. Wasn't the end of the world as we still had 1 room to use but we hadn't expected that as we had yet to check out. However understandable that it could haopen as the room was empty and hotels have a tight schedule.
