Central location, staff were friendly and approachable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast very good!

We had 6 rooms of which 4 were good however 2 had faults with their air con that couldn’t be fixed which so were left in extremely cold conditions resulting in them not being able to be slept in. Nothing was rectified which was disappointing and a waste of money for the rooms

Cosy gem in super location

The location was brilliant- just opposite City Hall for Christmas markets, very convenient for car parking, restaurants and shopping. Our room was great size, beds very comfortable and super shower, towels and toiletries. Breakfast was also very good - fresh fruit as well as cooked to order options and a good coffee machine. Staff were lovely too.

The only negative was that we were too hot in the room and couldn't get the temperature comfortable.

The location of this hotel was great. It was a great location to get to the shops and there were lots of places to eat and drink around. not far front the car park or Train station. Felt safe as solo traveller.

Great Location, Disappointing Breakfast

Situated behind the City Hall, it was relatively easy to find

I wasn't made aware that the hotel was going through a phase of a Rebranding , therefore we weren't sure if we were going to the correct hotel. The view from our room was non existent, spotlessly clean but just never had that Wow Factor . The price had included Breakfast in the established restaurant, I had ordered the Fry , most people associate a Fry with the likes of Baked Beans, Black / White Pudding , there was none of those , the Bacon in my opinion was overdone , the Soda was that chewy and rubbery I couldn't eat it . I could possibly have went to a local cafe and get a proper Fry for a fairer price .

Convenient to city centre, shops,bars, walking distance to SSE arena, car park not too far away, we got a free glass of champagne which was lovely, Last orders for food was 9pm, which was delicious.

Breakfast was nice, you had to order everything from the menu which they took away, it was tasty but really prefer a buffet style, we ordered the Ulster fry, only came with one egg, probably could have asked for more but that would have taken time which we didn’t have, they were very busy. So then when I went up go get fruit and yoghurt, I had to look at someone’s menu to see had they got mixed fruit? Fresh and juicy.

The beds are so comfortable, the rooms were spotless and the Josper bar had great breakfast and dinner as well as a fun atmosphere.

Value car park even with the discount is incredibly expensive. One day was over 40 pounds.

If you arrive by car the parking garage is 1/4 mile walk from hotel. The hotel provides a discount at the parting garage and a loading and unloading area in from of the hotel but getting back and forth to the car is unacceptable.

Brilliant, clean and very comfortable short stay in Belfast

This was a really nice please to stay. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfy. I don’t normally sleep well in hotels. But this was brilliant. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if in Belfast.
