Exceptionally beautiful, warm and inviting 😍

Absolutely everything, it was exceptionally clean, so so warm, decor was so modern and practical and absolutely lovely.we genuinely didn't want to come home .... staff were more than helpful, very polite,curious, communication was too notch. We've stayed at the warren itself before which was also very nice 🙂

Low standard continental breakfast. Croissants were not proper butter croissants but a sweet bread roll shaped like a croissant. One type of processed cheese, one type processed ham and a salami slice. Fresh fruit selection was well past its sell by date. 3 story building with no lift

Great for the price, it’s a little out of the centre but very good value for money plus the breakfast was surprisingly okay

Solid stay with a few drawbacks

Good location. No parking but found space on nearby street. Nice reception from the staff. Room clean and modern.

Shower was pathetic. Normal electric not a power shower. Really was like a dribble. Noisy property just because its old. I was at the front by the road so the windows let in a fair amount of boise.

The coded entrance to hotel and bedroom The bedroom had 2 large radiators which made the bathroom and bedroom nice and warm the shower was big to plenty to space and clean bed was comfortable

The free parking mentioned was on a residential street if you weren’t back before 4.30-5 pm there’s very slim chance of getting a parking space Would of Ben nice to have netting on bedroom window for a bit of privacy half way up window is enough

All good bar one electric socket that looked a bit dodgy with screw coming, night stand lamp had faulty wire which you needed too flick around for it to work and overly scented room, a nice scent but needed to open the window upon arrival.

Decent stay close to Belfast city centre for a few nights.

Location is great, the room was lovely with modern finishings. The TV is large and I felt very comfortable. Also great communication from the team prior to arrival and during the stay!

Shower was very mediocre, wasn’t the warmest and the pressure wasn’t the best either. You could hear the doors of other rooms opening and closing in the morning which can be frustrating if you’re not an early riser. Breakfast times never suit me when they finish at 10am as I work quite late and get up quite late, if it was extended to 11am that would’ve suited me better.

Comfortable for a night.

We got downgraded. We had booked a Deluxe King and were given a Deluxe Double without any compensation. Breakfast was lacking. Our room was ridiculously hot. Our room was quite small and with 2 suitcases and a cot it was hard to move around.

Good stay in a nice part of Belfast

Nice room, comfortable, clean, very helpful staff, good location, good breakfast.

To say that there is parking available is really disingenuous. The side streets are completely full. We parked at The Malone boutique hotel, about 5 minutes walk away, for 10 pounds for 24 hours.

Unsafe, felt on edge the whole 2 nights we were there

Very clean and modern rooms

Due to lack of staff, hotel is very unsafe, front door being left wedged open by a plant in the early hours of the morning for an open afters where anyone can walk in, anytime I tried moving the plant and closing the door it would be back open within minutes, second night of our stay we arrived back at hotel to see an old man at the bench who was not staying in the hotel as we seen him get up to leave 2 hours later at 2:15, leaving all his rubbish behind, keep in mind hotel was full of young people (especially girls) coming back from a festival at all hours of the morning in festival style clothing, not very safe for the property to be open to all, not a cheap hotel either, very disappointed, will never stay here again

We had a top floor room which involved climbing lots of stairs. Fortunately we only had overnight luggage to carry up and are generally fit & able.

Uncomfortable night sleep

the bed was uncomfortable, seemed like a cheap mattress. There was no window in the room, there was a fire exit door but it led onto a staircase to other rooms etc which made it impossible to have open during the night. Unfortunately it was an uncomfortable night overall which was a shame
