The coded entrance to hotel and bedroom The bedroom had 2 large radiators which made the bathroom and bedroom nice and warm the shower was big to plenty to space and clean bed was comfortable

The free parking mentioned was on a residential street if you weren’t back before 4.30-5 pm there’s very slim chance of getting a parking space Would of Ben nice to have netting on bedroom window for a bit of privacy half way up window is enough

All good bar one electric socket that looked a bit dodgy with screw coming, night stand lamp had faulty wire which you needed too flick around for it to work and overly scented room, a nice scent but needed to open the window upon arrival.

Decent stay close to Belfast city centre for a few nights.

Location is great, the room was lovely with modern finishings. The TV is large and I felt very comfortable. Also great communication from the team prior to arrival and during the stay!

Shower was very mediocre, wasn’t the warmest and the pressure wasn’t the best either. You could hear the doors of other rooms opening and closing in the morning which can be frustrating if you’re not an early riser. Breakfast times never suit me when they finish at 10am as I work quite late and get up quite late, if it was extended to 11am that would’ve suited me better.

Comfortable for a night.

We got downgraded. We had booked a Deluxe King and were given a Deluxe Double without any compensation. Breakfast was lacking. Our room was ridiculously hot. Our room was quite small and with 2 suitcases and a cot it was hard to move around.

To say that there is parking available is really disingenuous. The side streets are completely full. We parked at The Malone boutique hotel, about 5 minutes walk away, for 10 pounds for 24 hours.

Unsafe, felt on edge the whole 2 nights we were there

Due to lack of staff, hotel is very unsafe, front door being left wedged open by a plant in the early hours of the morning for an open afters where anyone can walk in, anytime I tried moving the plant and closing the door it would be back open within minutes, second night of our stay we arrived back at hotel to see an old man at the bench who was not staying in the hotel as we seen him get up to leave 2 hours later at 2:15, leaving all his rubbish behind, keep in mind hotel was full of young people (especially girls) coming back from a festival at all hours of the morning in festival style clothing, not very safe for the property to be open to all, not a cheap hotel either, very disappointed, will never stay here again

Uncomfortable night sleep

the bed was uncomfortable, seemed like a cheap mattress. There was no window in the room, there was a fire exit door but it led onto a staircase to other rooms etc which made it impossible to have open during the night. Unfortunately it was an uncomfortable night overall which was a shame

Located in a quiet area close to Queen's University. Easy to reach.

The entrance to hotel/b&b was locked when I arrived at 3.30pm, which were communicated as regular hours for their front desk. I had to call a number to acces the building because they did not email the doorcodes in advance, they emailed it after I already checked in. Upon entering, a clerk came and asked me how I got in..... The room was fairly big but very outdated. Lighting was poor, not working. The bed horrible (worn out, extremely soft and deep sinking mattress, metal springs). Bathroom had a lousy shower system. Breakfast was about the same as you can find at Tesco. Nothing fresh.

I emailed to request oat milk for my daughter and was told it would be there. On the morning there was no oat milk so she had to walk to the shop to buy some. Disappointing as we would have brought these items with us, oat milk and a vegan spread

Well situated for Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens and Queen's University short stays

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, with simple modern facilities and a very adequate buffet bar continental breakfast. Very close to the Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum (which was why chosen) and a simple 20-minute walk to the City centre as well as on an easy direct no.8 bus route there and back. Some local eating of which the small 'Orto' pizza place just round the corner in a former artist's studio in Stranmills Road, opposite the Botanic Gardens, is exceptionally good.

Would not be good for anyone who can't manage stairs or unable to see or manage touchscreen door locks. Generally unmanned save morning and afternoon book in and out times, so seems like the uncrewed 'Mary Celeste' at others with help only at the end of phone numbers supplied. TV non- functional on p.m. arrival but rapidly fixed after report to staff the following morning.

The best thing about this small hotel was the location near the train station and across the road from the Botanic gardens and Queens University. It has nice modern decor but small bedroom with everything you need included. Staff were not the most efficient on check in, helpful or friendly.There is no front desk.The code for the front door wasn't sent by email until after I rang the phone number on the front window. It only arrived in email several hours later at 4:30 p.m with all the info. The hotel was nice but small. Considerably over priced. Don't expect any customer service
