The hotel lobby and restaurant areas were very cold, asked to have heat increased …did’nt happen.
My dinner ..was just boiled mince meat with a top on it - terrible.
The bath in the bedroom had no plug … had to improvise and use the glass candle holder to cover the outlet drain.
Checking out …no one asked was everything ok
