The staff were very friendly and helpful.
For warm weather sheets and fans are available, which was good.
Easy to get to from the bus drop off.
Food and drinks available in the hotel are a reasonable cost.
Breakfast was fine but the bread for toast was poor quality.
No air conditioning in the rooms so it was very warm for staying in the room and sleeping. The window only opens a few inches and depending on the room location there can be road noise. Hotel did offer jugs of iced water, sheets, fans and ice lollies to help with heatwave.
We requested to move from room 207 after the first night as the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room on the third floor with a more comfortable bed.

Handy location close to centre, very clean and well organised
Unfortunately there was a nightclub nearby on the Sunday night that open late which made sleeping a little tricky, not the fault of the hotel but maybe let people whose windows/rooms are affected know in advance.
