The breakfast, some of it was cold. The table was sticky, we got dirty cutlery and my husband lifted a mug to get his tea and it was disgusting. Definitely would not pay for breakfast at this hotel again...

We were in room 415 and near the lifts. It was very noisy. We barely slept. The room was very hot although the heating was off. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

One night cost over €250.00 for a standard room with no breakfast not worth it for the room we had looking out onto a roof top and into a carpark,noisy floor, toilet blocked, could hear everyone and anything walking passed the room as it's not sealed ,we always stay here a few times every year,this experience wasn't great,we got food in the restaurant after waiting over 40 minutes and it all came out wrong cold and you could not eat it,,was also over charged,and we had to pay for the food before we even received it (which I think ya should never pay for food in any restaurant till you have received it)so it ended up speaking with the manager,she gave us a refund but had to fill out a form and won't see the refund for up to 10 days,very disappointed with this stay will be hard to come back to this hotel again to stay

The thing that really stood out at this hotel were the staff. We were welcomed so warmly and looked after so kindly - it was really noticeable.

We didn't have breakfast because of the cost. Maybe a cheaper option would have been good? Otherwise, we could not fault anything.

Near to the attractions & bar area. They arranged a quiet room as per my request. A great discount on the breakfast if you pay when you check in.

My bathing room’s sewage blocked and my bathroom was flooded however they upgraded me to a room on the same floor. Breakfast choices are limited and similar so you won’t be happy if you have more than 2 breakfasts there.

Central, but noisy location for a fairly basic, but competent hotel

Location was close to the Cathedral Quarter and big sights. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Nice to be able to get a triple room for our kids.

Location was convenient but close to a busy main road. The proximity of bars etc was nice but led to a lot of drunken groups making noise outside the hotel - it was impossible to leave the window open which was a shame as the room was hot and there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was good as long as you like fry-ups - there were limited healthier options.

Very close to the venue we were going to and only a short walk from the bus stop which was great considering we got off the bus to face storm Amy

You could hear every little movement of other guests and there were rowdy people that clearly got confused about which room was theirs, as they kept trying to open our door, 20minutes after that. Don't know if it was the same people as didn't even bother getting out of bed but they kept knocking on the door and could hear them chatting and laughing thinking they were hilarious thankfully, because they got no reaction they went away but it definitely impacted my stay but that isn't the hotels fault, just a pity no security for drunk idiots

Great location Gluten Free options hotel

Nice location, parking a bit iffy, I luckily got a space in a little carpark for 24 hours and after realised there was a big multi-storey behind the hotel. Gluten Free Celiacs catered for - I got a pizza in the bar for lunch and breakfast buffet had separate GF section which was great! There was also a trolley in reception with extras people might need - teabags, toothbrushes etc.

Rooms were very warm but very noisy with windows open but to be expected in city hotels.
