I like how Central the hotel was, easy to check in, and the girl on the Desk, Lou possibly was super nice and very chatty!
The coldness and dark paint of the room, I didn’t like how the electric went off in the morning and I couldn’t get showered or hair done etc, and could make breakfast. The receptionist that morning dismissed about the electric being off. Room also had a lot of dust especially on the skirting boards and walls

Great location, beautifully designed room . Amy was so welcoming and helpful.
The really well equipped kitchen was an absolute bonus and the fresh milk in the fridge was a genius, lovely touch. You get the feeling the Flint has thought carefully about what people need and want and then added a little bit of flair.
The otherwise excellent stay was marred a little by the noise of bands playing in the bar restaurant below on my last night made it a little difficult to get to sleep and I had asked for a ‘quiet’ room early on in the process . The room which was really clean had a few ‘ wear’ marks, scuffing on carpet, marks on table tops and a bit of an unfortunate water mark on the sofa.

Nice hotel in a very central location
Better directions to find it as it's not actually on Howard Street. It's in an alleyway called Amelia's Alley which is off Howard Street. Better directions would make it easier to find. But otherwise I thought it was a great venue in an excellent location

Location, Amelia hall facility and staff were helpful
A bit more of a stocked fridge would be nice or some kind of welcome pack. Tea bags and biscuits were very scarce

Love the studio sytle set-up
there was no shade on the kitchenette window, which let a little street lighting in at night. Not a big deal but would have preferred to have a blind to close.

The location was great.
The air conditioning/heater in the room seemed broken. Every 30 mins or so it would make a loud clicking noise. I'd barely fall asleep and would be jolted awake, over and over again for the whole night.
I appreciate things go wrong with aircon, etc, but I left a similar message to this directly with the hotel and did not receive any acknowledgement.

Location was fab. The room felt upmarket. It was very well equipped - the milk in the fridge was a nice touch

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great buzz and cool vibe around the hotel. Amelia hall restaurant and cocktail bar downstairs was fabulous. Pizzas looked great but unfortunately we couldn’t get a tab for food. We did manage to grab a seat at the bar for cocktails and they were delicious!

Needed more light in the room. More storage space would be needed if stopping more than a couple of days.

Clean and although we didn’t use the kitchen much it would be useful to have if staying longer than a couple of days
Out of their control but workmen next door started at 7am on the Monday morning which meant we couldn’t sleep

Wonderful apartment with excellent facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent just near the main railway station and Town Hall. There is a fantastic restaurant and bar downstairs.
We initially had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel as it was down an alley and signage was not good. Staff in the restaurant were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction!

Spacious and clean room. Comfortable and large bed. A very decent bathroom with a nice shower. A nice kitchen with enough equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. 50% off parking fee at certain parking lots if you have your ticket stamped to the hotel. Has a list of nearby places to see and eat at the lobby and in the elevators. Located conveniently close to a couple of places to visit such as the opera house (literally across the street) and the city hall. Has a decent pizza restaurant/pub downstairs.
Receives very little sunlight especially to the bedroom since all the windows were in the kitchen. AC was randomly making machine gun noise, which was a bit scary especially at nights while sleeping :D
