Good place to stay in Belfast

Comfy mattresses, good water pressure in shower, working adjustable heating, black out blind in window. We could leave our luggage with reception for a couple oh hours after check out, which was handy.

Great location, clean, friendly staff.

It’s well located, price is good and very clean.

The rooms are VERY small. It’s good if you just arrive, sleep and leave but if you are in two and have luggage it’s very hard to do stuff. Also what’s with the glass doors in the toilets? Understand it gives a wider idea of space as the room is very small but 0 privacy.

Clean facilities

Unpleasant staff on the front desk, a fan that didn't stop all night long so a very poor night's sleep. Very basic amenities and no cups or even a plastic cup in the bathroom. Bathrooom has see through doors so very little privacy.

The door of the toilet on the room was not a real door, you can hear and see a hole on there is suppose to be a key. Not really confortable room without any furniture.. not even a chair so we put our stuff on the floor.

A Gem in The City

The hotel is in a wonderful location. For a basic room the facilities were excellent. I especially liked how clean the room was. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location, right in the middle of it all. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the gentleman on arrival was so polite and helpful.

There were a noise coming from a fan from the bathroom. If you're a light sleeper not the best to be listening to that all night. It couldn't be turned off either. Someone above was moving a lot around their room and the their floor was very squeaky which you could hear quite loud also. The bathroom when pulling the door over it had a hole where a handle would normally go but it was meant to be like that with it being a class door so you could open and close easier. If you were sat on the bed you could see when someone was sat on the toilet or getting out of the shower so we had to push a towel through the hole to get a little more privacy.

The shower regulation was amazing and just in overall the bathroom was nice and cozy. The room temp was also perfect and the bed was comfortable.

A person came into my room in the early morning, which gave me a scare, but I assume the person was drunk or something. Makes me wonder how on earth did they get into my room. Otherwise, everything was fab.

Snug and safe in Belfast

It was very central, the staff were always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I felt safe in my room as I was traveling alone.

It would be helpful if there was even a drop down little shelf beside the bed for phone charging and a few essentials.

Perfect for a short trip

Great hotel. Very modern and clean. The service was really great (we had some noisy neighbors, but the nice lady at the reception desk informed the guests about the noise and helped us without any problems). The room was small but adequate. The location is just a few minutes from the bus station and very central.

My only negative point is the bathroom door, as it's made of frosted glass and doesn't lock.

There was a stain on the bedsheets, a stain on the carpet, and bacon on the floor of our room when we arrived. The bathroom has a hole in the sliding door so you can see into the toilet from the bed. The room was so humid it felt sticky.
