Horrific service from the senior hotel manager

The breakfast staff was lovely the blonde lady was very nice

The senior hotel manager was very rude . I found a screw in my sons mouth and he questioned if he found it somewhere else which was impossible it came from inside the hotel room .. he was extremely arrogant and rude about such a serious matter… horrific and appalling “service”.

Online check in is not much good

Central location was brilliant The staff was helpful and the shower was amazing. Clean and comfortable room.

Had a nightmare check in. Had checked in online the day before arriving and paid for the room. On arrival we had hassle with the kiosk self check in and had to go to reception to get our key and room number. When we entered the room it was occupied by someone else's suitcases and belongings. Retuned to reception and the staff didn't know what was happening. Duty manager when to check the room and confirmed it was occupied and not available for us Eventually a room was allocated to us but getting into our room at 6.30pm was very late when only staying one night. Staff were very apologetic about the mix up which was appreciated but it put a damper on the night.

Great location, good value.

The property was easy to find, very close to public transport and the centre of the city. It was about a 4 minute walk to the Belfast City Hall and the main shopping area. It also had an onsite restaurant and cafe. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available in the room. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Would definitely stay at this hotel if ever in Belfast again.

Instructions provided via email about where a car park was located where wrong and we spent around 20 minutes looking for it, only to find out from Reception the incorrect information was provided. Quite frustrating in a new city. However, staff advised that they would notify Booking.com. Also wasn't told about the Specials option the first night we dined in the hotel.

On 11h floor and still music from bars below overpowering TV. Bedhead against wall shakes when doors close in next room. Shower not hot enough. 39c at best which is just above body temp. Shower shows the degrees hence why I can say this

The hotel faces out onto a bit of a depressing street. The price was high for what it was. Room etc all pretty standard. Breakfast for 2 cost an extra £30. In terms of hot stuff for vegetarians it was limited. Most of the pastries were gone by the time we came down at 9am. Would have expected more for the price.

So-so! A small handful of elements brought the tone down

Staff were great, bar area was nice and well equipped, gym was small but functional

Several elements in the room were not very clean. The mugs were too dirty to be used, even after an attempted wash, and the TV remote was visibly dirty too. Was disappointed that parking cost me £36 for “3 nights” as—despite staying for 2 nights—it was slightly over 48hrs before I moved my car. Additionally, parking was listed as included in the booking so I was surprised to have to pay such a high fee for just two days.
