We had a lovely night there. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Staff were super helpful at check in and all over they were so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend staying there.

This hotel seems to be seriously understaffed. It's a huge hotel with hundreds of rooms. Still, there was only 1 person at the reception when I checked it. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to check in. Also, all the rooms have very old looking dirty carpets. Not sure if a carpet is a good idea for a hotel room.
