Big room, friendly staff, great location

Very spacious room, big comfortable bed, large sofa and desk area. The staff member on the front desk was so friendly. Allowed us to check in early, which was so kind and really appreciated. The location is great - very central, easy walk to City Hall, Grand Central Station etc. Front desk was also 24hr, so we could check out easily at a very early time. We could take a bus from nearby Grand Central back to the airport.

Very enjoyable stay, we will definitely stay there again when we visit Belfast again.

Ideal location very near city centre and a five minute walk from the central bus station , hotel was very clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early as our room was ready at no extra charge, unlike other hotels we have stayed in. The bar prices are more or less pub prices so you can have a drink or a coffee without going out or when you get back. Close to the Crown bar and a couple of traditional Irish pubs.

The only down side, there was no fridge but we kept things cool by putting them between the window and secondary glazing.

Lovely property big a spacious with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Great location only a few minutes walk from everything. Staff were lovely and helpful got an early check in and the bar filled my water bottle for me as it was late and all the shops were closed. Nice tv with all relevant channels

The carpet had a few stains but nothing major and the rest of the place was spotless.

Great location - won’t be back!

The location

Arrived to a huge queue at check in desk - on entering the room the window was wide open (in December). Closed it and went straight to bar to meet friends. Returned later to a strong sewage odour - tried calling reception numerous times - no answer. Went downstairs to discuss with reception staff and huge queue again! Reported it to the cleaning staff who advised they would let Management know. No one approached us. We were not in the room much over our two night stay - had we been we would have been more persistent. The Jury’s, Belfast was a firm favourite of ours and we stayed previously since changing to Leonardos - this has put us off though from returning.

Breakfast so poor no scrambled egga, fried egg just 3 or 4 pcs.. i asked for a scrambled eggs the staff just utterly saying whatever its in there thats it. Nobody care to top up the food..esp eggs..poor breakfast.

location of the hotel excellant, rooms are lovely, very comfy sleep

online check in a waste of time, queue was out the door and I still had to stand and "check in " at the desk. The Leonardo needs a specific desk for check in and one for check out/ queries- 2 rooms were not ready until 3.40 and our last room I had to ask 3 times for and was finally given it at 4.20pm, was not happy with this as it was a very rainy day out so we couldn't even use our room to relax until it cleared. Due to no key we kept having to ask for a bathroom key. When my daughter got to her room( at 3.40pm) a manager was there and told her " she should not of been given the key as the room was not ready"... this was not her fault & she said the room was perfectly fine !

Could of been better

Breakfast was good. Location was brilliant.

Tv had very little signal, bathroom door didn’t lock, cobwebs around the lights, no temperature control so rooms got very hot and no fans to help cool the air down, we couldn’t check in at 3pm as the room wasn’t ready. Hygiene of some of the staff wasn’t great, the whole of the corridor smelt of body odour where the cleaner had been, physical had to hold our breath to walk from our room to the stairs.

The locations was very central

We didn't receive any room keeping for the 2 days we where there. So towels toilet roll and the basics where not replenished .. really annoyed me that we had to pay an extra 40 pound for parking for the 2 days.. the residents bar said it was 24 hours but closed at 9.30 when we were there on Sunday. The beer taps kept clogging up so had to change what pint I was drinking constantly. We were told breakfast finished at 10.30 on Monday. That was also incorrect the breakfast finished at 10.. we were lucky a friend of ours called my pregnant wife or we would have missed it . The breakfast was nice to be fair but All in all I wouldn't stay here again to be honest terrible value for money much better hotels on the general area for a similar price...

Perfect location, great staff, lovely bright environment.

The hotel is bright and airy. Fantastic location for all the things we wanted to do in Belfast. The reception staff were lovely and friendly. The lifts were convenient and quick. My room was spotless and I loved having a bath in the bathroom. The shower was warm and good flow. Towels spotless and fluffy. The room had an ironing board and iron, very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choice.

My room location was at the very end of a long corridor which I didn't like when having to walk to it alone at night , despite it being well lit, I felt vulnerable. This is a small thing but the shower gel and shampoo dispensers didn’t pop up again after you pressed the top, this meant having to lift them with your fingers to then press again, quite tricky on the wire metal shelf in the corner of the shower area, with wet fingers , the bottles slipped a few times as a result bouncing into the bath.

Very centrally located, the reception area is open and inviting, and the rooms are spacious!

I don’t agree with the late checkout fee. Checkout should be 12 noon in Ireland / NI in my opinion.

Disappointing to say the least

We went to breakfast at 10a.m. the room was messy with lots of uncleared tables. Some options were empty like tray for eggs and orange juice. Had apple juice which was watery to say the least. Coffee was great!

Staff were a bit rude when you ask for a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine and are told we don't supply these and there is no need for us to have one and then hung up on rude... for $310 British pounds night very dissapointing.. also no fridge in the room this is 2025. learn a thing or two about customer service..your in the wrong Industry😪 it's was a complete letdown with no attempt whatsoever to help us get one to open the bottle

Good location, staff very friendly and doing their best. Easy check in. All the usual amenities provided.

Turned up to find dust and hair all over the kettle and cups in the room; stains on the carpet; breakfast was chaotic - understaffed and running out of things. Room very hot with no AC, thankfully a fan was provided but the duvets were still too hot without a flat sheet to use instead.

The entire room was dirty. Stains on everything pillowcases and sheets and duvet. Stains everywhere on carpet, chairs and even walls. It looked like we were placed in “the party room”. Absolutely disgusting.
