A really minor thing but lighting is a little dim in the room which made putting makeup on a little tricky. But there is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which can be used for makeup application.

We would definitely recommend staying here if you go to Belfast. Great location and we were able to walk everywhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very comfortable for two people. We loved turndown service. Room service food was really great.

The breakfast could’ve been better. The shakshuka was small and didn’t have much flavor at all. The selections from the buffet weren’t very diverse.

Good hotel but balloons missing put a downer on it for me personally

Really nice rooms and great location

The reason for my trip was to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Contacted multiple times to sort balloons for the room as a surprise. They said it was sorted but when I arrived they weren’t arranged

Over priced Hotel - Great staff - Good location - Overall expected better.

Staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. The hotel location is good.

Front roadside room - very noisy and woken up a number of times in the early hours. The room décor is tired. The room size felt a lot smaller than anticipated. Some fixtures and fittings are old an need replacing - eg. window handles & lights not working - some furniture items such as doors and drawers are worn and old......... would expect better quality of furniture in a hotel such as this.

It was the perfect place to stay in a perfect city!

The staff warmly greeted up and made us feel right at home. The room was spectacular, service was incredible, the fireplace and selection of books about Belfast helped us see that we were in a unique and special place andI would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Staying there was a highlight of our trip to Northern Ireland.
