The location, the staff, the breakfast spread everything was amazing.
The room needs to be a bit more brighter …. Perhaps add some more lights.

Parking is a nightmare at the moment. Roadworks all around the hotel make even dropping off very difficult, you have to stop on a live carriage way and put your hazards on while cars behind you then have to go onto the wrong side of the road. Whilst this is obviously only a temporary situation it can make it difficult.
Air conditioning was poor in our room
Also on our floor ( the third ) when ever you or someone in the other rooms on the floor used the hot water there was an audible sound that needs to be addressed
