The front desk was manned 24/7 so it was good.

There was no breakfast option I was aware of! The location was excellent and walking was able to be accomplished pretty easily! There was a fast food place not too far from the hotel.

My room was on the third floor and seemingly wrapped around the elevator. So the configuration of the room was kind of an L shape. A bit different to be sure! It was a bit small but for one night was quite good.

Kind staff, comfy bed, ok location

The location is central and ideal to get to the shops. Bonus was Kellys next door for a good meal and craic if you wanted to go out too. Staff was kind as well

The surrounding streets are a bit scary as a female solo traveller at night, so I was careful. I also didnt open my window or curtains as it faced an ally.

Great value for money

Extremely close to city centre, basic hotel but value for money was fantastic and has everything you could need e.g smart tv, toiletries, hairdryer, dressing table.

Bathroom was a little worse for wear and smelt like paint, we aired it out for a while and was okay. It is directly beside a busy pub so a little noisy but we didn’t mind.

Great for the price we paid.

Location, 24hr reception, lovely staff and very clean. Just what we needed, good value for money

No luggage room, but you could leave bags at the bottom of the stairwell. It was really loud until the pub closed next door (didn’t bother us but something to consider if you’re a light sleeper/ early bird or are travelling with children). We had three rooms, one was very cold and one the shower was a trickle and cold water but not a problem in all rooms.

10/10 remcomend - Dog friendly

This place was great, the room was really comfortable, the staff were all very friendly, thanks to Carlos for all tips he gave us for the town, I would definitely stay there if I go to Belfast again, plus the place is right on the city center and 2 to 5 minutes was from a good save car park. Oh it was dog friendly too and we had ours with us.

It's right beside a pub so you can still hear noises at night. But for us we didn't care at all, it was not a problem so if you don't like noise while you sleep I'd suggest you think about it, but pros definitely outweigh the cons

Perfect location to explore Belfast and Northern Ireland from.

Great location and got a triple room due to there being no others left, so very spacious for two people. Bathroom is good, and the bed comfortable. Pet peeve is when curtains are too see through but these were, ok to good.

One guy on reception was a bit unhappy to be there, but we've all got fights we're fighting. Other staff, including the fella on during the night, were grand.

Just spent a long weekend here if you are in Belfast to enjoy their nightlife and expect to get to bed early hours in the morning then this is the place for you. I was in a triple room at the front of the building and the noise from the pub just to the side of us was so loud And went on till early hours in the morning, can’t say ruined my weekend but I have to sleep with the TV on

Location central & clean with very nice staff.

There was NO method to book in online even though the information stated so. We spend over 40mins waiting for the phone to be answered - totally unacceptable appalling customer service. Leona in accommodation who eventually answered was very very nice - as were all staff we dealt with lovely people - but she was doing 2 jobs as the receptionist was out that day. So either pay someone else properly and you will find a replacement to cover her job, NO excuses, or give the person doing the rooms a work mobile so they are contactable when not physically at the desk. There was also no personalised response to our requests in the messaging system only stock messages & information which failed to answer any concerns. A fridge and water would be welcome in the room, also blinds on the window and the door of the bathroom only opens a bit then bangs of the bed should be sliding. Booking.com providers of accommodation used to be excellent in all regards now it is erratic - for our daughters wedding last year we had a double booking in Leitrim Cottages a few weeks later in a Hotel in Madrid the service & care was beyond excellent. This year we attempted to book a property in Puglia for next summer 2026 - to be contacted by the owner to say they were last years prices and he would have to increase them - he just had not got around to doing so! Incredible - so we don’t want to stay with someone who does their business in this fashion. We do generally find Booking.com good but they need to keep up good overall standards sometimes service is very erratic from superb to poor.

My room was by staircase and lift. I could hear everyone arriving. I waited for a very long time outside as no one was in reception. Had to come back a few hours later
