Noise from next door room dur to a connecting door. I was woken up several times by someone sounding like they were crying or having a fit.

Not a whole lot
Parking is advertised, but the spaces and ramps are ridiculously tight. I drive an Audi A4 — nothing oversized — and still had to squeeze out between the car and the wall. Not a good start.
The room was worse. No heating at all — the system only blew cold air during a freezing warning in Ireland. The bed had what felt like a summer sheet, no duvet, and no extra blankets. Completely unacceptable.
Breakfast was a complete shambles. I left my breakfast order outside my door exactly as reception advised. It was never collected. I waited 40 minutes expecting food that never arrived, and was left with just enough time to grab a coffee before work. A total waste of my time and money paying for something I didn’t receive and couldn't enjoy.
Checkout topped it off. I was told I could no longer access the car park through the hotel lobby and instead had to leave the building, walk around to the other side with three heavy bags, and carry them up three flights of stairs. Completely unnecessary and poorly managed.
Food and cocktails in No.4 were also disappointing — lukewarm food that wasn't freshly made and overpriced drinks that didn’t justify the price.
Overall, far below the standard you’d expect. I won’t be back.

Property location was excellent walking distance from the centre and a stones through away from St George’s market
The bar prices were quite expensive although expected with bars being so close in location it made you want to go elsewhere

Me and my friend went for a concert and the location was so good to the SSE Arena & also the city its self and the rooms were so clean. The rooms were also ready early which was such a bonus having a early check in.
Nothing, everything was great

Very clean, very nice , staff were very helpful . Parking is very expensive, I stayed two nights and parking came to £44 with the hotel discount. I hadn’t planned for that expense
As I said the parking
Also the shower was quite hard to control. The water is very strong and hot and the door on the side is glued shut so I found it hard to set

The Parking is an issue and I found myself queuing on a slope/hill trying to even get a spot in the poring rain to drop off luggage.
Staff so busy talking to each other behind reception didn’t even notice I had arrived to check in. For the price of the room, the bathroom was basic, was not expecting to step into a bath to take a shower, it’s 2025 in a Hilton Hotel, not student rental accommodation.
Zero view from bedroom window, some sort of screened off area -totally black, looked permanent. They ran out of plates and then pastries for breakfast. Only two coffee machines, at least four needed at peak times. As a single person, it was full of couples with young kids. Got evening food at the bar, waited 20 mins for it to come to table and staff never cleared away the previous people’s knives and forks from my table. I have photos to prove all of above.
On the plus side:
The bed was comfortable and had a great nights sleep and there was instant hot water always.
On the Monday previous to my stay at The Hilton in Belfast, I stayed at the Castlemartyr hotel in County Cork where I rated it a ten out of ten, absolute perfection, so perhaps someone from the Hilton group might book themselves in there to see how to run a hotel and treat people who pay around the 300 euro mark per night a bit of respect.
There was also a Christmas party night on in the Hilton when I arrived and personally I found the noise brutal but saying that, you do expect them this time of year, but what you don’t expect when you leave early the next morning is that someone or possibly an animal had urinated just 2 feet away from the revolving door.
When I was checking out, the printer would not work, so I said I didn’t need a receipt, that it was fine, but I was told it would only take a second to print from the other desk. Some minutes later I left without a receipt as the printer was out of paper and then it jammed.

Room was large and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and the canapés in the Executive Lounge were top notch.

We were disappointed because the dinning room was full at our required time for an evening meal and the bar's waiting time for a meal was 40 minutes at 5.45pm
This should have been in the next box. Sorry

Superb service and location. The bar and food is exceptional. The front desk have great recommendations for popular local highlights. It was the service I'd expect from the 'Hilton' as a brand. Extremely happy with our stay. Breakfast was lovely.
Couldn't fault it so far.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
All clean. Shower excellent.
The bed was comfortable. They changed the pillow type on my request for comfort which was appreciated.
The trainline is a massive bonus - able t get all over town so easily.
The gym is good.
The room is very dark after daylight hours. None of the lights are birght enough to be able to comfortably read or even see what you are trying to do adequately. This is my only negative comment about an otherwise really excellent hotel.
The gym needs a couple more mats - the only mat available was old and small.

The shower was very good, the bed has very big little bit hard but still ok, and the view was so good so thank you and we will be back soon
The shower gel/ body wash was the only thing I didn’t not like and that was it

I thought the hotel was to a very good standard. Very clean and your staff were all very nice.
I really couldn't fault the room except for one thing, the view. The view from the window in the booking showed a lovely scene of the city and while I understand that not everybody will have the same view, ours was of a block wall about 6 foot from the window. We could literally only see about 6 inches of the sky. It was terribly disappointing, especially when the other 2 rooms that my family had booked had beautiful views.

It was lovely and clean
The beds were hard as a board. The bedroom window on 4th floor had no safety catch on it and could open out as far as you wanted this itself is a big safety hazard ⚠️ there were no plain teabags in the room only flavoured tea. We came back to the hotel around 11.40pm hoping for a nightcap but were told we could order from our room but would have a £10 fee! Was not aware of the £50 deposit on arrival or photographic ID requested upon checking in - did get it back when we checked out. No sign up to let you know door to access the carpark wasn’t in action maybe a sign up before you actually get to the door would be good.

Breakfast was beautiful, staff very helpful and polite.the cleanliness was what stood out for me. I would always check pillows inside the covers and all was perfect 👍
The only thing I didn't like to see, was a young lady clearing the tables.she constan hertly sprayed disinfectant directly over the bowls of sugar cubes on the tables. I would hate to think my sugar had that stuff soaked into them.

Staff mainly friendly and efficient
Breakfast was very poor. Cooked items incomplete (always something needed replenishing) and not well presented - fried eggs overcooked, oily and pile one on top of another.
Room was massively oversold. Deluxe room with a view was, in fact a very ordinary city-centre hotel room with a generic and ugly view over rooftops.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and polite and helpful.
We thought for the cost involved that perhaps some biscuits would have been provided in the room but unfortunately there was none. Also, there was only one bottle of water for two people sharing, l thought this was a little short of our expectations.

Remember to bring ID when checking in!! An unfriendly receptionist nearly didn’t let us stay in our pre paid room as we didn’t have ID! We were already running late for an event and held us up more!!! Badly handled
Breakfast was dissapointing, watered down orange juice
