Spotless room, facilities were great. Staff from the moment we walked into the hotel were great. Breakfast was great value for money, great choice, tasty, fresh. The bed was so comfortable had a great nights sleep. It will be very difficult for another hotel to match the experience I had. Perfect room, great staff.

Beautiful room, clean, good location, modern hotel.
Evening staff were very unpleasant. At 11pm we asked for a cocktail in the bar (which was very quiet at the time). Bartender said "I'm not making a cocktail at this hour".
We didn't have any bottled water in our room so had to buy bottled water at reception after the bar.
Man on reception rolled his eyes when I said I didn't have cash and wanted to pay with card. Zero manners.
While the room was clean, comfortable and looked lovely, the staff left a lot to be desired.
