Comfortable and cosy. Welcoming atmosphere and Value for Money

The location is good, with the premises looking clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly and easily approachable, and the property is conveniently accessible for local commuting. A special thanks to the Reception Staff Mr. Jay ( I think I typed his name correctly) at reception, who consistently answered our queries with patience and professionalism. He is truly an asset to Holiday Inn. Trainee staff Ms. Oona was also very helpful, ensuring our taxis were booked promptly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was no room service available, which made ordering food rather inconvenient. We had to go down to the reception/bar to place an order. The breakfast menu offered a great variety of dishes 👌👌. However, it would have been much more comfortable if the scrambled egg tray had not been placed directly beside the bacon and sausage trays. As a vegetarian, I felt hesitant to try it.

Perfect Weekend Away

We stayed for 3 nights and had nothing at all to complain about the staff were all lovely, our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels given and the breakfast was always hot and nice! The location for us was perfect around a 25-30 min walk into the centre and there are also lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel too. Would definitely recommend and stay again for our next weekend in Belfast!

Very good place. Not exactly value for money

The location is great. Very near to the city centre. Plus free parking is such a blessing.

We were a family of four (one infant and a toddler), but the room had one double bed (which was nice) and one sofa bed (highly uncomfortable). I ordered a cot in advance, but it was not provided. I got a notification that my request for a cot is approved, which turned out to be fake.

Not for a family of 4!

Breakfast was fine. There were a good few choices and restaurant staff was helpful. They also accepted our request for a late checkout so that was nice on their part.

1. We are a family of 4. We had clearly mentioned it would be two adults one toddler and one infant. Our request to provide the cot was acknowledged and completed but there was no room to put it in the room itself. When I went to the reception, their response was super cold ansd I was told all room sizes are the same and unfortunately the cot will have to be removed and baby has to sleep on sofa bed. When I asked what if my crawling baby falls, they just went plain silent. Very very cold behaviour. 2. When we moved the sofa bed to the wall so my baby doesnt fall, there was a full layer of dust behind it. 3. I was surprised to learn that hotel did not have any, not even a single disposable cutlery with them or at least that's what I was told by the reception staff. 4. It might be they are an express hotel but they had no option to keep a cake. I wouldn't say they should have kept the cake but the other hotels have happily kept a cake on request.

Exceeded my expectation

I wasnt sure to except. But from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly welcoming staff. Reception, beside bar and open dining area. Spotless. We were accommodated in the Quite area Room 257 there wasnt a sound all night. We had a family room, kingsize bed and sofa bed, small but compact everything you need. The bed was so comfortable as was the sofa bed, large shower, safe, iron board, iron, hairdryer, tea coffee facilities, large tv free wifi. The room was so cosy and clean. We had a snack the evening, which was nice, limited menu. Breakfast was delicious, great selection, staff continuously replenished everything. I really enjoyed our staff and will book again.

A friendly hotel in the centre of Belfast

The location was in the city centre & the room was very comfortable. The room was clean and had good lighting. The staff were friendly & helpful. We had breakfast on two occasions & the food was good with plenty of choice. The staff kept all the food topped up and the tables clean.

The only negative was the lack of drawers so clothing had to stay in the suitcase and only one chair in a double room. Apart from that - we were very happy with the hotel.
