Amazing as always....

Room was very comfortable, very clean location was amazing it was beside everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we travel to Belfast. Wish theses hotel would do deals for the over 65s, it would be great help to us that live on our pensions.

Pretty great

It was clean, the room was comfortable, the food was good, the bar was open late, and the staff were great! Housekeeping didn’t come too early, which was great. Showers have insane water pressure

Slightly limited on the cocktails, and beers were rather expensive. Not outrageously overpriced, but kind of pushing it.

I loved the room, very clean and modern. My partner and I also loved the 24-hour pizza available on site, very delicious and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is great.

Perfect location with a great welcome at a fabulous price

This hotel was perfectly situated for the city- a 10 min walk to the bars and restaurants in the cathedral quarter and only 30mins to the titanic quarter . The pizza and snacks available were great and the staff were so friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Lovely pre-Christmas city break

The hotel location was slap bang in the middle of the city centre, next to the shops and the Christmas market, along with a great selection of restaurants & pubs. Hotel is surrounded by excellent car parking facilities. Bar was nice & staff are very friendly. Room was modern & clean with a nice bathroom, room temperate was very comfortable unlike a lot of hotels.

Fine for short stay - take earbuds!

Would be a perfect location for the city centre as it’s right in the heart of the city. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great choice at breakfast including potato bread as it’s local to the area.

Being a city centre location comes city centre noise, it was noisy at all hours. My room on the surface looked clean but there were hairs on the bed in the shower and bathroom floor. I didn’t complain as was only there for one night.

Perfect location in a beautiful city

Location was excellent, 10 min easy walk from train station . Very close to centre of town to tour buses. Easy 25 minute walk along quay , very flat , no hills. Breakfast included was sufficient and bar on property, perfect.

Not a relaxing stay, memorable for all the wrong reasons

Location

Booking appeared to state breakfast and parking were included in price - neither were. Parking app did not work. Toilet did not flush. Reported toilet at 8am, returned to room at 6pm, no repair had taken place. Then had to move room making us late for event. Staff scrambling to meet customer complaints.

Great central location, close to train centre and shops. Friendly staff. Great breakfast- nicest hash browns ever! Fabulous selection of food and all the alternative milks.

Industrial decor in rooms- would have loved a proper bedside locker instead of the tiny tables. Only 1 tiny towel per person- no hair towel etc Not a fan of the all-in-one wash for hair/body/hands!!

Very unclear about parking. I parked in Castlecourt by accident- cost me £18 overnight!! Make sure guests aware to use NCP carpark. - probably alot cheaper.

Overall a great stay in a fantastic city.

The property is well situated and really clean and fresh when you walk in. The double room was a decent size.

The towels in the room are really small and whilst the shower pressure was excellent this meant to shower head wouldn’t stay in it’s fixed position
