Exceptional Service - I met colleagues at the hotel early on Sat and was due to check in at 3pm - my room was ready at 8 so I was given a key - As never happened in my life! Kian was a total star - helping our group in every way he could. Nothing was too much trouble. Very much appreciated. Rooms and beds super comfortable - no traffic so a great sleep. Breakfast was great - booking now for my next trip !

That I only got to stay one night! Thats all I can say - really there was nothing I could fault - just 'grand' - def book if you are in Belfast.

Great first impressions quickly turned negative

Very fancy hotel. Everything looked great

Room was 13 degrees and heating was on all night only getting to 18 by the morning so we were freezing. Went to the bar with all 6 people that were there. Took 15 minutes every time for bartender to even acknowledge your existence. Some women possible chef jumped into help but would just ignore everyone else but one couple.

Room was clean. Location was good. Dinner on first night was excellent.

Room: shower leaked, air conditioning was on cold when entering. Dinner on second night was awful, 4 meals returned. Disappointing stay overall.

Great overnight stop before heading out of Belfast.

Dinner at the Pomo restaurant was very good. Excellent service from our waitress Dagmar. Nothing was too much trouble. Good menu and decent wines. We asked for a quiet table and were given a great space where we could easily have a conversation. Breakfast was good - lots of hot and cold options - great quality.

The double bed was 2 single beds together - there was a ridge in the middle which was very uncomfortable We stayed 2 nights and they hadn’t cleaned coffee mugs or rubbish when they made the beds which I found to be strange

Warm welcome and just fabulous

From check in the staff were wonderful! Made such a fuss of our child, little voucher for cookies and milk, activity pack and talking to him by his name made him feel super important. Nothing was too much, for all the staff, so warm and friendly. Room was super clean, comfy, and lovely view. We hadn’t booked breakfast but my child woke up early so to give my other half a lie in we went down for hot chocolate, they brought that and hot coffee for me and little pastries. Again that lovely lady was like all the other staff so warm and welcoming! We loved it! We have stayed in some fancy 5 star hotels all over the world but the staff here make the stay better than any other. Genuine warmth

Location was perfect just outside the hustle and bustle but walking distance. Breakfast was lovely so much choice. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was stunning and the bed omg the bed was divine. Couldn’t fault it at all.

Confusing car park - no sign to tell hotel guests to pay at reception rather than machines, to get cheaper rate. Poorly refurbed room - bathroom floor tiles had no grout around edges so dirt had collected. Bath was old and had rusty bit round dfai. Was given accessible room despite not requiring one - not an issue, but the bathroom sink was almost at knee height which was uncomfortable too use.
