Adequate room space with lounge chair. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed great pillows. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Check in staff very informative and helpful. Easy check in and out and good value for money.
Shower and bath takes a while to get hot water but this was not a big issue.

In Belfast for a gig at the limelight, it's literally a stones throw. First time doing an online hotel check-in, activating room key cards etc but it was straightforward enough even for a boomer. Food in the restaurant was great.
There was a water leak from the toilet handle every time you flushed, judging by the limescale buildup this was nothing new. Reported it to reception on the way out, RM 426.

Nice lobby … great communal toilet facilities … that’s it !!!! A facade for the rest of the mess they are giving paying guests.
Room(s) had to move twice were a disgrace!! Fixtures and fittings hanging off doors, dirty beds with stains, no pillow cases on pillows. Cold water, no heating & broken safe in both rooms. Dirty carpets, mouldy bathrooms. Asked for upgrade prior to arrival and clearly wasn’t given one for guest room despite a complaint a very very rude abrupt lady on reception implied I was just complaining and I couldn’t move rooms! Only to be moved later that day by another member of staff when door handle fell off in my hand fur bathroom and found no pillow cases on bed. At £130 per night it was a disgrace. A premier inn or travel lodge would have been a serious upgrade. Other Clayton’s I’ve stayed in are a high standard this was a joke. I’d actually say it was embarrassing and we had travelled in large family groups for an event. Several had to be moved including disabled traveller’s.

Our stay at the Clayton Hotel Belfast was great, largely thanks to its unbeatable location and superb staff. Prime Location
Exceptional Staff: The service here truly defines "Irish Hospitality." From the moment we arrived, a staff member Breena went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and also helped with an issue we had in our room.
Comfort & Dining: Our room was spotless and spacious, featuring incredibly comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. Don't miss the Vitality Breakfast—the variety of fresh, hot, and cold options is the perfect way to start a day of sightseeing.
Whether you're in town for business or a weekend getaway, this hotel provides the perfect blend of contemporary style and warm. Also parking is around the corner 6 minutes walk at NCP car park directly behind the hotel and they have a discounted rate agreed for guests at ÂŁ12.50 for 24 hours. minute walk and the staff there are very friendly and helpful.
The only fault I have is the windows in the Clayton Hotel Belfast need servicing.

Central location
The breakfast was appalling . Poor food selection with essentials not even there . Toaster not working . No staff & they didn’t care . Lots dirty tables , no staff to clear them & even sitting having their breakfast while breakfast was on .

The location. The staff.
The pillows and duvet were lumpy dreadful. There was no water in the room it seemed really short staffed. The housekeeper did her best but she seemed like the only girl working that day.
We upgraded to a better room which was a complete mistake.

The hotel is fine - reasonably clean and comfortable. Well located, very reasonable parking. The breakfast is nice. Staff are really lovely.
Bit noisy at night with people coming back late. Quite spartan - as a four star hotel I would expect robes, slippers and shower cap etc in the room and maybe a coffee pod machine.

Breakfast lovely, only gripe is all hotels the same.breakfast never piping hot.i always wonder why a microwave is never available as a hot breakfast is more enjoyable rather than woofing down a warmish one
Everything first class.just as i mentioned above self catering never beats a hot breakfast

The location for the city centre is excellent
Rooms are tired and need a deep clean. Bin in bathroom not emptied from previous guest. Glasses left on tables for a significant period of time before being cleared away in front foyer.

Location is quite good, walking distance to everything
I treated my sister to a stay for her birthday however our room was disappointing (302), there was damp/mould on ceiling corner, many TB channels didn't work & for 4 star hotel would expect herbal tea selection.. toilet didn't flush well & drain in sink seemed clogged up..

I had been sent an offer on Vitality breakfast prior to dates...reduction from ÂŁ15 to ÂŁ12..which I was accepted for, but ended up paying an awful lot more, or perhaps I missed something about this?
The breakfast issue was substantial, I tried to phone hotel prior to coming, no reply, I sent an email, no reply, bit disappointed with this...would appreciate if I could get reply back on this with explanation ...the rest of our stay was very relaxing

Could be cleaner and needs updating. Bathroom floor was not clean. Bedroom was run down with wood in shelves peeling off. Staff isn’t that interested in serving the client. It was very expensive for what you got.

Location. Close to city centre, good eating locations nearby.
The 'fitness suite' is a disgrace! The hotel really should not be advertising any such facilities. It was the sole reason I booked this hotel over better locations. The selection of equipment was pathetic!

Tables not cleaned quickly after customers left
