Very disappointing

I wasn’t able to find any information on where or how to get breakfast or any other meal. No information on reception or in room . I tried calling the number given throughout my stay but no one answered both days

No information re food - breakfast Room was too hot no fan or access to air con Room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned after first day Lift was out of order for over 15 minutes when I was trying to leave

Trendy and well located

Noisy room, opposite the onion!! We are in our 50’s so you would expect the staff to put us at the back of the hotel.. not in 204 directly opposite the noisy area.

Location was brilliant for a night out. The bar was nice and bar staff were friendly, rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed

We have stayed there 3 times and being honest that was the last. The last two times we have walked out of breakfast twice without food. If the breakfast staff moved any slower they would go into reverse and to me they left a bad taste after an otherwise good experiece. Ten minute wait on menus and after waiting another 15 minutes to order we just left. Staff had no excuse as they stood at the bar chatting among themselves. Its a shame as great location and bar was very nice

Good location, some things need improving.

Loved the shower, the complimentary Taytos, water etc.

Dirty sink stopper. A 30 second job and should be cleaned and checked on every room change. It was quite dirty. Other things in the room were in need of a good clean too. The communal areas were grubby and carpets were badly in need of a hoover The room was much smaller than expected and quite dark and claustrophobic. The need for a card to exit the ground floor was irritating. Lift also not working at the time.

Based in centre of the city, very convenient for meetings. Would be good location for sightseeing and shopping. Located along narrow cobbled street which is pedestrianized for most of the day. This means you can walk around easily but taxis can't come to door of hotel during some times in the day. Bedroom was simply furnished but spacious; very clean; a bit dark, but very comfortable and it seemed to be well sound-proofed and insulated from street noise and any other noise. TV, internet, and tea/coffee facilities worked well. Didn't have breakfast because of other appointments. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel has button on wall, near the tiny reception desk, allowing you to call a taxi on demand.

Almost all of the ground floor is taken up with a large bar area with some seating that doubles up as a dining space. During the evenings, the bar was crowded and noisy - certainly not a relaxing space, but in keeping with the street area, which contained many bars and restaurants. However, my bedroom on Floor 2 seemed to be well insulated from the noise.

What a gem of a place! Comfortable, safe, wonderful staff, great location.

The Staff. The staff were the best! We hung out in the bar/restaurant downstairs a lot. The ladies both morning and evening were just the best. Warm, friendly, helpful. The atmosphere was wonderful. The hotel is above the bar and restaurant and we enjoyed just hanging out downstairs with a pint or cappuccino and catching up. Elevator worked well. Rooms were comfy. Bathroom was great. Great little smoking area that I could enjoy a cigar. Plenty of great places nearby to visit and enjoy.

There is a bit of street noise especially on weekend nights when music from nearby bars was going. My wife slept through it just fine, but it did keep me up a bit. We would still stay here again though. Food at the restaurant was solid. Unfortunately, one morning there was no cook available so it was just toast and coffee :(

There was a slightly damp smell in the corridors but not in the rooms so this wasn’t a real issue.

Great location but bring ear plugs if your in the front rooms of the property

Location is fantastic

We was in room 103 which overlooked the dirty onion bar which didn’t close until 1am. The hotel wasn’t full at all the staff could have checked us into a room that didn’t overlook a bar that was very noisy until closing. Luckily we was celebrating ourselves and didn’t get in till after midnight. However I would 100% stay here again but I’d request a back room to mitigate the noise. The hotel should prioritise filling the back rooms first and let tenants know about the front room noise issues before checking in etc.

Great hotel right in the centre of Belfast

Great location on a street with lots of pubs. Can see it being noisy but it worked for us as we were out until later anyway and we wanted the nightlife. Hotel itself was lovely, it had everything we needed for one night and the staff were so friendly. I highly recommend!

The hotel was situated right opposite a pub which played live music from around 2pm up until late (it was a Wednesday). Had a very early flight to get in to the city & wanted to try get some sleep in the afternoon before working on the evening which was impossible with the noise from the pub outside.
