"Excellent room, alot of thought went into it with complimentary tayto and even down to the earplugs for the light sleepers, but rooms are well sound proofed anyway. Breakfast was fantastic too"

Best location. Only 6 minute walk to Victoria Square shopping centre. Very comfortable beds. Lift was quick every time as it's only 3 floors. Goodish coffee. The shower gel was nice.. Usually hotel shower gels are yuck imo
Room lighting was dim. The floors were hoovered but not clean. Clean socks were black after a very short time. The absolute worst thing for me was the flashing fire alarm right above my bed (room 207), it flashed very brightly every 10 seconds. It was very very annoying.
