Half an hour walk to the airport, which was why we took it

It was really cold in the room - the window was open a bit when we entered, and as it was December it got really cold. The heating could not manage to get the room warm. The TV was not working and in the middle of the night (2:30) water was dripping from the window on our pillows. Would not come again.

Wouldn't return - cold and dirty - not pleasant.

The only things I liked where: The location, which was close to Belfast City Airport. The fact that it was a self contained unit - though I don't agree that what I booked is a "cottage", it's a converted garage. That it wasn't damp.

I know it is sold as budget accommodation, but that don't mean it shouldn't be good - it can be basic but still clean and liveable in. I stayed 2 nights in December and after 6pm each evening had to phone up to ask for the heating to be turned back on! The bathroom didn't have any form of heating and it was only with the door open that the heat from the hall made it bearable. But the drips/spills from the shower didn't dry up over a 24 hour period. The radiator in the kitchen area didn't work. However, the one silver lining about this was because the fridge (which was in the hall!) was too dirty/mouldy to use, I could keep my food on the kitchen counter top. Someone has either thrown up on or spilt milk on the seat cushions of the sofa in the bedroom and it smelt really bad.

It had a skylight, and it was self check in

The bed wasn't very comfortable. There was only one small towel for two people to share in the room and when we asked if we could have more a second small towel was eventually left outside the door much too late after the request to be of use. The TV had very poor signal and no access to apps and kept cutting out. On Sunday morning drilling started at 9.30am in the room next door. The heating and cooling of the room was outside our control save for a hot air machine which did next to nothing and the room was pretty cold. The shower was hot for one minute then was cold for the rest of our visit. The walls were so thin you could hear snoring next door. It was at the end of a very dark lane which could do with some more lighting. Had to boil the kettle on the floor as there was no surface with a plug nearby. The price point did not reflect the room provided, had it been a third of the cost, I'd have expected this.

Lovely property and great value.

Was please fly suprised with this property, room was lovely with a bed was super comfy.

Guests directly above my room were very loud, Fire alarm went off every 15mins for about 2 hrs. Staff woke me and just glanced at it and then woke me at 12:30am and removed it completely, this slight inconvenience won’t stop me from staying again was wasn’t ideal.

It was very good for us as we wanted to be near my brother's house up the road. It was very quiet and peaceful.

I wasn't aware the room I booked was on the 1st floor my husband has poor mobility and is not comfortable with stairs which is why we were not staying at my brother's house. I called the day before to check the location of our room to find out all the doubles are on the 1st floor! They did find me a ground floor room but charged me an extra £20 . The room was fine, the bed was comfortable I just felt it was a bit mean when someone knocked on the door just before we left to collect the £20. I felt it would have been a nice gesture to have not charged us the £20. The photos of the room online give the impression that the rooms are on the ground floor. I also felt £91 was pricey enough without the extra £20.being charged.

Very comfortable but beware delays in getting a taxi to airport due to morning rush hour traffic.

The room was very clean and comfortable and access was easy.

I had an issue getting a taxi to the airport at 8.20 in the morning. The taxi number I had ( Value Taxis) was too busy to take my call and I didn't get a taxi until after 9.15. There was heavy traffic on the roads so I just made it in time to check in for my flight. I would suggest having a list of local taxi firms so there is plenty of choice. The bus to the local train station went once an hour and I was told it was possible to walk to the airport from there but luckily, the taxi turned up just before the bus.

Great stopover for city airport

Great location for the airport.Good communication from B&B..Basic but very clean .Tea and coffee .Towels provided.Great size room with en suite.No staff on check in but clear instructions and telephone number provided for assistance if needed. Very good value for money and would use again.. Ten minute taxi ride to the city airport.Taxi booked with Fonacab , great service from them and cost £7.50. .Small convenience shop and Indian take away 50 yards up the rd..

It has potential if well managed.

I stayed because I had an early flight out of Belfast. The facilities are okay, but the room smelled strange, which triggered my allergies immediately. The worst was that there was no hot water when I showered at 5 am before my flight. They also do not have a hairdryer in the room. There was a coffee tray, but with no spoons or sticks to stir your coffee or remove your tea bag. I stayed there before, and I think the management has changed because it was much better a couple of years ago.

The home owner or manager was very rude. Heater was not working, wifi was not working, Main door always open so no safety at all. We spend 3 nights but no any towels given, no room cleaning. No air circulation or window in room. No kitchen access

Don't stay here.

Bathroom dirty and broken, taps moved and toilet seat broken. One hanger in wardrobe , cold room, radiator didn't work. Filthy cloth by microwave which also was dirty. No breakfast even though it was a B&B. Be warned if u don't book direct with company u don't get breakfast. Glad to leave.

Floors were very squeaky, glad we were upstairs the room underneath us wouldn’t get much peace with the floors squeaking overhead, the bed was also very squeaky and uncomfortable it definitely needs replacing
