Facility could have been acceptable had there been staff to sort issues.

Large spacious rooms.

Private bathroom on separate floor. Old looking. Items blocking the stair well. Completely unresponsive hosts. Blankets coming apart.

The worst

Was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We checked in at 7pm to our room and bathroom an absolute state. The bedroom was only cleaned at 11pm and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned till the days after, thank god the girls next door were nice enough to let us use their bathroom. Would not recommend if you want a clean environment.

Awful

Was never clear there would be other rooms rented out to strangers. Pictures need updated as a not a true representation. The carpet in living room was filthy. Kitchen filthy with electrical equipment lying about. Mattresses were filthy and stained, no mattress protectors. TV was broken in both our rooms. Cigarette burns on carpets. Taps were not attached to sinks, shower clogged with huge disgusting hairball. I was led to believe I was booking a 2 bedroom apt, not a 4 bed house. Unable to sleep due to sharing with 3 teenagers who raved for 3 days

Self catering. Bedroom and bathroom ok. Easy access to public transport into city centre.

The kitchen was very grubby. Didn’t like the area the property was in and the exterior was very shabby. Would not stay again or recommend.

A pleasant stay

The host did everything to ensure we had a good stay.

The heating comes on in the evenings, so the room was a bit cold when we arrived. The host was informed and rectified the situation fairly quickly.

Little changes for a huge improvement

Bed was very comfortable, bath and water were good.

Windows were bad and radiator was cold. Breakfast was poor.

The house was very nice but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired - the toilet in the bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned!

The house was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. Set over 3 floors you definitely get your steps in. Massive bedrooms. Great location to get the bus into the city or a 25-30 minute walk. Towels were provided with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine. Comfy sofas and large TV to watch in the evenings.

Some windows were single glazed so you could hear the traffic on the road all-day and night. The window in the bathroom doesn't open and the extractor fan was weak. Once we'd all had showers you'd leave in a cloud of steam like an episode of stars in their eyes. The kitchen wasn't equipt enough for the amount of people the house caters for. There were 4 of us and only 2 bowls. The kitchen could do with a revamp. Everything was a little sticky and some lights didn't work. The house overall could have done with a deep clean. There is only a yard out the back but certainly not something you could sit out in.

Overall pleasant stay, aside from the bathroom.

Very spacious, good location for Belfast centre. we had a problem with the heating on arrival, however Chris managed this within a timely manner.

Unfortunately the bathroom was very unclean. the blind was mouldy, black mould seen on the ceiling - not safe for myself being pregnant. Bath panel broke and hanging off. Heated towel radiator very dirty and shower extremely dirty. This was a shame. Overall, bathroom needs a deep clean and retouching. Also quite randomly, an earbud on the floor in one bedroom on arrival.

Had an amazing few days in friendly Belfast City to attend my daughters graduation at Queens.

Beautifully presented accommodation with good provision for self catering. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Ideally located if travelling via ferry and for easy access to Belfast city centre.

The property is located on a busy road frequented by heavy goods vehicles in the early hours of each morning and often awoke due to shuddering. The area itself is not the best and would definitely stay more central for future visits.

Było bardzo cicho i każdy szanował swoją przestrzeń. Kuchnia bardzo ładna oraz salon. Łóżko bardzo wygodne a łazienka była duża oraz jasna. Dodatkowo bardzo blisko był dojazd do centrum

L’emplacement proche du musée du Titanic

- différence entre ce qui était écrit sur la réservation et la réalité: salle de bain privative sur ma confirmation Booking.com et dans la réalité, c’était une toute petite salle de bain sur le palier à partager avec une autre chambre - un lit double de 1,20 m pour 2 et vraiment pas confortable - pas du tout isolé phoniquement : simple vitrage avec une maison à proximité de l’aéroport. Nous avons suivi toute la nuit les décollages et atterrissages… - la propreté laissait à désirer. Si les draps avaient l’air propres, il y avait des cheveux et un poil douteux - Serviette trouées - tapis maculé de taches et de cheveux - chambre super froide malgré le chauffage à fond. D’ailleurs dans la cuisine il etait indique 14 degrés et il ne devait pas faire beaucoup plus dans la chambre - bref, nous avions réservé pour deux nuits mais sommes partis après la première nuit car nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil. Nous je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Decoracao muito bonita, o anfitriao responde e nos atendeu muito bem pelo sistema. O aquecimento tinha desligado mas foi ligado novamente em minutos
