Beautiful historic building in an excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful, would stay again. Nice bar area, ate in the Wolff Grill which was very good.
Was a bit disappointed in the room. It was well appointed and the bed was comfy, however it felt very dark and slightly unwelcoming; this was due to the small, awkwardly placed window which you couldn’t reach to look out of or close the curtain at night.

Property has an amazing history behind it and repurposing it as a hotel is fabulous. Great location, great staff, great stay.
Nothing to dislike about this property.

The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly. Room 105 was very noisy, we asked to move and were offered another room however, the new room felt substantially smaller. The staff in the bar were friendly although very slow! The cleaners - came into our room every day however, towels were merely folded and not replaced ( I would expect a clean towel for a 3 day stay with the price we paid) Table in the room was very dusty, tea bags were not replenished although it was obvious on day 1 that we had used them as they managed to clean the mugs. Room temperature - was either ridiculously hot or freezing cold. Rooms could do with better lighting - I understand that it adds to the ambience but literally had to use my torch on my phone to find anything.

Breakfast was incredible and included a good vegan option.
The decor and theme was amazing as a massive Titanic fan.
Drinks and bar were amazing
Room very comfortable
Check In was 3 and we couldn’t get into room until 4 after having to complain and really be pushy at check in
We sat and bar and waited and didn’t get offered anything as an apology. I got a few free drinks after I complained to restaurant manager

The hotel is an excellent place to stay to continue the flavour of the story of the titanic. The decor and feel of the hotel, is in keeping with the titanic experience. Although a little out of the way from the City this didn't affect our stay, with what we wanted close at hand.
We were allocated room 219, it appears all the odd numbered rooms look out onto the main road. With the hotel design being sympathetic for the period, the use of sash windows has been a big mistake. We heard every car drive past, I even done a test with opening the window severalinches and closing, there was virtually no difference to the noise heard in the room. The result, a very poor night's sleep (every hour seen), as the road outside is surprisingly busy, this has spoilt what would have otherwise great stay. So if your are going to stay at the hotel I suggest keeping away from the odd numbered rooms.

This hotel is so lovely, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Comfy beds & an amazing breakfast.
My only criticism would be the lack of mirrors and poor lighting in the room.
The only mirror in the room was too far away from the socket to be able to dry my hair. A simple mirror on the desk/dressing table would have solved this issue.

We loved that it had lots of old original artefacts and internal decorations. We also loved a guy called William who gave us a tour of some of the public historic rooms. He was fantastic.
The rooms were above expected standard. Very clean and well presented. Comfy and easy to use.

Good location shame there’s no car park underground - you have to walk outside and at a fee of £18 I would have expected a car park within the complex
The bed/ mattress was awful so soft really was bad could definitely do with replacing the mattress and when I stripped the bed I understand why . We ate in drawing room - very drafty sitting beside the door . Staff where good they didn’t always get the order right but they where lovely and very attentive

Meal in the Wolf Grill was excellent and really enjoyed breakfast too. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms meant that the whole experience was very relaxing. It was a great way to start our trip and use as a base to finish our Christmas Shopping in Belfast.

Absolutely everything was amazing. The room, the staff (not cleaning staff) were so friendly and helpful, the comfort of room, the grandeur of it all and history, the rooms you could enter downstairs like stepping back in time, the books in room about titanic, the ship feel in hotel and rooms, artwork. the proximity to titanic museum and the easy walk to other attractions near by. We ended up staying another night!

Rhos was our 2nd stay at the Titanic. The hotel is beautiful ans steeped in history and modern amenities. The staff and the hotel were both amazing. We had a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of the titanic building lit up outside out window. Beautiful scenic walk to the SSE arena where we watched a show. The food was excellent and we will most definatly be back again.
Simply a bathroom preference. I like a bath to a shower while in a hotel. (No toilet seat but we managed!)

The decor is lovely, main bar area beautiful, good location
Corridors are too dark, barely can see and feels too much like I’m on the lower decks of a ship.
Staff not pleasant- we felt like an inconvenience with the exception of reception staff at checkout.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and good food in the restaurant.
Car parking arrangements are very poor for a hotel if this standard. Arrived in car park with clear signs indicating exit to hotel. Exit was blocked off with no details of how to access the hotel. Eventually a security man answered the intercom and informed me to walk back up the car ramp & along road to hotel. Very poor first impression for the hotel. When checking in I informed the receptionist who was junior and very poorly trained in handling my observation. A poor start to my visit. The hotel really needs to sort the parking issue out as this does not do this lovely hotel justice

We had a fantastic stay at the Titanic Hotel Belfast. The historical character of the building, along with the incredible collection of artefacts, made the experience truly unique. The décor throughout the hotel is stunning, perfectly blending heritage with modern style. Food and beverage were excellent as well—great quality and service. Highly recommended!
More teabags and milk in the room!!

We were at a conference at the titanic museum and the location was perfect. It was also a nice walk to the city centre, and also exploring east belfast. The Bar is magnificent, the cocktails very nice.
At the end when we came to pick up our bags on the way to the airport (after checkout, stored in the storeroom), there was confusion as they 'lost' my suitcase and my tote (which had 2 work laptops). We had to wait nervously ready to whizz off for our flight, while they looked for it. someone had put them in someone elses room. The manager was called but did not come and introduce himself or apaolgise, which I thought wasnt very classy

Really well done and true to the theme
Air con noise was crazy loud and mattress needed replacing - when discussed at reception was told it was probably the bathroom fan I could hear and nothing these could do about the mattress as ‘we are a big hotel’

Absolutely fabulous hotel , room was amazing
TV in the room is awkwardly placed , food slightly pricey

I really enjoyed how the property combines stunning architecture with deep historical significance. The building itself is impressive—its design reflects the shape and spirit of Belfast’s shipbuilding heritage, which makes the visit feel even more immersive. I also loved the views of the iconic Harland & Wolff cranes, a reminder of the city’s maritime past. Another great bonus is how close it is to the SSE Arena, making the location perfect for exploring the whole Titanic Quarter.
The bathroom had a few signs of wear and slight damage, which was disappointing considering the price of the stay. I also found the room a bit cold, likely because of the large windows, which made it less comfortable than expected.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. From the receptionist when checking in to porters, bar staff and waiting staff in the morning when we came down for breakfast.
I liked everything.

Perfect location for visiting the Titanic Museum
The bath was very squeaky when taking a shower and we had to wait a long time to be served at the bar despite few customers being there

Was all OK
Reception told me the the restaurant was full when it was half empty. I also asked for some soap as I prefer proper soap to liquid soap. When I got back to the room they had delivered a shampoo!

The place was so clean. The details around the hotel resembling the titanic was lovely. I had lunch and dinner there and food was amazing. Quick service. The location was great- only about 5-10 minute walk from SSE arena for the concert.
The rooms was roasting so hard to sleep in it. Also my friend went down for breakfast and said she didn't get no tea/coffee with breakfast as no one asked her did she want any and also she tried to wave a waitress down but no one acknowledged her so she ended up having coffee on bedroom after.

I stayed 5 nights and was given a corner room with big windows on 2 sides and a very high ceiling which was light filled and felt spacious even though it wasn’t really big. Good wifi, nice shower, comfortable bed. The food in the bar was good. Prices were reasonable for a “destination” venue.
The room was cold. Even with the heat cranked up to absurd heights it was still chilly. The “bar” was often crowded and on my last night, a Sunday, was filled to bursting with families where the kids were sitting around playing cards. Is that some sort of odd tradition? I couldn’t get a table to order dinner. I sent a casual linen dress for laundry expecting it to be washed and pressed but instead it was dry cleaned costing north of £17. Perhaps I should have given specific instructions but didn’t anticipate linen going for dry cleaning.

The hotel was outstanding the detail and quality were second to none.
The location was brilliant and it was easy to access the city centre
The beds were a dream to sleep on and the rooms were comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee and a coffee machine.
Bathrobes and and slippers were an added luxury.
The bathroom was beautiful and everything was clean and comfortable
Breakfast offer was outstanding and nothing was too much- freshly cooked eggs etc and gluten free options available on request. The porridge was divine
Food in the bar restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced- drinks were a little pricey but that’s a given nowadays.
My son is titanic obsessed and the staff gave him pens, a room key card etc to add to his collection which was a lovely gesture
All in all a wonderful stay
The bathroom smelt a little drainy at times.
There is lots of development going on near the hotel and the sites and builders start really early and it is quite noisy if you are at the front of the hotel.
