The place was very clean and the facilities available were useful too. The man who we dealt with at the start was lovely. It was very easy to jump a bus into the town centre from the location.

The only downside was the walls being very thin and you could hear absolutely everything from other rooms/ shared areas in the house but for the most part people were respectful of the noise.

Clean, tidy and spacious room for 3, comfortable beds, fresh towels, well stocked supper/breakfast items, thank you! Parking available outside and really close to concert venue and town centre.

No issues, we stayed on a very hot day, we kept the velux window open all night as it was soo warm on the top floor but honestly this wasn't a problem, maybe an electric fan in the room would be helpful during the summer months.

I walked up from Grand Central Station about 30 mins and arrived late, but the self-check-in process was flawlessly accurate. I absolutely loved the lack of a traditional reception it made the whole experience feel private and completely hassle-free. The room was large and clean, complete with a TV and fresh towels. The shared bathrooms were spotless with a straightforward hot water system. Having access to a shared kitchen and living area is a huge bonus, and the included breakfast makes this an unbeatable deal. Clean, tidy, and highly recommended!

The water hose in the toilet needs to be changed. But it's not a big deal.

Did exactly what it said on the tin - provided a clean, secure place to sleep for the night. Basic but perfectly fine. Son really liked the pain au chocolat

Sharing a bathroom was a bit of a blast from the past and given the price for the night, unexpected. That said, not the end of the World.
