Overall the room was really nice and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was full of essentials and the smoking area was private.
Even though food and the stuff in the kitchen were brand new, overall the kitchen was untidy and felt like it needed a bit more cleaning.

The host was lovely to me and my friends. He provided me and my friends with water and a bottle opener.
The beds were really comfortable and cozy. The plugs had built in USB ports which was handy to charge your phone. The Wi-Fi was also decently good.

Leaving the property
Everything. Pair of underpants on the floor when entering bedroom. Neighbours screaming next door having a row when arrived. Hairdryer blew up in my hand when turned it on .No breakfast as promised when woke up next morning and the area is off the beaten track away from all the attractions and to call this property a hotel on this page is a joke.worst experience ever for the cost there charging.

The place on the whole was clean as clean as an old building in of repair can be. Well organised with plenty of toilet rolls soaps etc.
Didn't like sleeping accommodation bedding had hairs on base sheet looked like linen hadn't been changed. So much so we slept in our clothes above the sheets as there is no staff on site.

We stayed for one night in the triple room and it was perfect. The room was clean, bright and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything you would need. The communication and instructions from the host was very good. Would stay here if we were visiting Belfast again.

I stayed at Eurovilla last year in April and found the whole experience wonderful. This year was no exception, everything I found was just right. The room was quiet and if there were other guests, I never heard them. The kitchen had everything with a huge choice of cereals, bread, croissants and condiments. I made use of the microwave oven which was also a bonus. I also liked the choice of coffee and teas available. I also liked the security access to the Guest House using a keypad code which the owner sends before arrival, also the key to your room that is accessed by a combination code for added security.
I'm not a fan of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk but I could have brought my own and stored it in the
guests fridge. Apart from that, everything was spot on. No real complaints.

I like the self checking in and the kitchen
The description was not well spelt out on booking.com. I want a room with a private toilet but got a room with a shared toilet. Then the toilet is too small my partner could not use it

We got the top floor (2nd floor)room and it was very neat . Shared bathroom was on 1st floor. Bathroom was neat and clean and equipped with toiletries. It was a self check in property with clear instructions on the message. The manager of property made sure that the fan was there in the room as it was a very hot day . Best part was the kitchen. Unlike many other hostels/ bnbs, this kitchen was filled up with variety of cereals , fruits , milk , egg , variety of breads to be available throughout the day. We even cooked our one meal and all necessary pans were available for cooking. Very convenient when travelling with kids.
Really nice and a comfortable stay

The badge on the door saying it was 3 star that’s sarcasm by the way
Where do I start
A tent outside the front door with people drinking in the afternoon
The breakfast was a load of open out of date cereal boxes
Broken bed which isn’t a new thing as you can tell it’s just not a cared for property
Damp on the ceiling just above the bed
Spindles cut on the staircase to make it look no broken but then this leaves a gap that a person can fall through. Totally illegal and for this reason alone Belfast city council have to close this place
Stay away from here . This guy only cares about making as much money as possible from tourists

An unusual place to stay. Never had an experience like it. Remote control entry. We never saw our host.
Didn’t like the bed against a wall. Had to drag it away from the wall for access both side. Important when one is of advanced years.

Upon arriving I opened front door thought the owner maybe their to meet me, anyway I was able to access my room no problem, so the paintwork needed cleaned/dusted as you walked up the stairs up to bedrooms.
room was basic no facilities but had TV but you had all you needed in kitchen area as good choice of cereal also their was eggs and bread and a door leads out to enclosed Garden.
My bed was a bit creeky though was not to bad (room 2 sgle bed)) bathrooms - clean again though need to concentrate on washing down paintwork like around door handles skirting boards radiators as the paintworks fine.
There’s close amenities near by and a local pub at the top of the street i didn’t get a chance to go in plus I’m T total, theres a banging Chinese takeaway near by can’t remember its name I did leave a new menu at the property they had a great deal on at time of this review you take a right as you leave the property turn left it’s the first Chinese you come to on the right hand side of the road just along from a wee local shop which was also handy for my cans of juice & ciggies, there are more shops further along if your heading that way during the day for a bigger shop.
The bus stops are also near by I have to say Belfast have a great bus service to get you into the city centre and around then back to your stay.
Sleeping was fine I slept okay
I’m a smoker and out in the garden there was a wee bucket I took it it was an ashtray as smoking or vaping is forbidden inside the property which is expected in todays climate
Paintwork in most areas needs washed and a good Dust and clean in the hall stairs wouldn’t go a miss but as I said paintworks fine just needs washed

Very nice house! Everything was very clean, good utilities, and the host (David) was super nice and helpful. There was a variety of options for self-breakfast, including cereals, eggs, bread, coffee and tea. The house is equipped with everything to cook and even has a washing and drying machine.

The place is a shared house and everything is really nice! The bed was so comfortable and we slept really well. We also enjoyed breakfast a lot- it had a lot of options! There is also a bus stop nearby that takes you directly to the city centre, so it was really convenient.

The location is close enough to the city.
The walls are quite thin and you can hear everything going on around you in the house and in the neighbouring house. Shared bathrooms is a bit 20th century at this stage for the price that is being charged.

The excellent choice in the kitchen, from cereal , bread, eggs, milk, tea 's & coffees.
It was clean through out. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.
8.0 / 10.0
Location is just a few minutes walk towards the bus which takes you to the towncentre. From there you can do anything (Tip:buy a day ticket!!) by bus.
The room itself was good enough. Sleot better then i thought even though we were sleeping in the room downstairs at the front. Kitchen and breakfast has all the facilities you want.
One toilet for a lot of people... Other then that little thing i cannot think of anything bad.
