Respectful owner who helped along the way to reach our destination and entrance to the building, video was provided to me upon arrival. Very understanding when our flight was delayed by 14 hours.

The location, the kindness of the owner. He was very open to everything we asked him. You have an small “book” ready for you with recomanded bars, restaurants around the city and many other things that for a newcomer in Milan, it’s very helpful.

Not worth the money as the luxury is non existent.

The only good thing was close location.

Initially the security bond could be done only by paypall. Had to ask my sister to help out as the owner didn’t want to accommodate anything else. If you wish to feel like you are 10 again at the school camp, feel free. I haven’t come across so many rules for a very long time. We are on holidays to relax, not to read full binder of instructions and stickers all over the apartment. Very disappointed and not recommended for family stay.

did not care for Milan dirty and too busy

clean, big, spacious, location was okay.

lots of construction around, no in person support which made it very challenging. So, if you lost internet/WiFi you would be out of luck and no support, since everything was done via text and/or email. I never talked to anyone it was all through the What’ Up app, so that in person customer experiences was not good.

To set a 300EUR deposit was annoying. The heating system was not operative. Location good.

Being the town cold, the apartment was cold. No chance to put the heating system on. On top of that, the owner requested to clean all glasses and dishes and put the bed clothes and everything in a basket, otherwise the portion of the 300 eur deposit could be taken by him. Not normal. The appartment looks like and office or shop disguised as an apartment.

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO STAY IN THIS PLACE location is the only thing that can save this place a part from that do not make the mistake to stay there becuse is going to cost you a lot.

they ask you for a 300 euros deposit outside of booking.com which should not be allowed by the company as they take the money straight from your credit card so you as a customer lose one way or another because after you have left, the owner pretends that there is something broken just to keep the money of your deposit, we just went to sleep there as we drove to Venice so we did not even use that table, and after two days we left, the owner contacted me saying that one of the chairs was broken and burned which is absolutely not true. another word he tricked us so please do not stay there if you don't want to waste your money and be tricked. There are a thousand rules in a sort of bible they have created and left on top of the table to follow which is extremely confusing. you can not use most of the facilities and you have to clean everything before you leave even though they ask you for cleaning fee also so does not make sense at all. I am a genius traveller here on booking.com which means I have travelled half the world booking hotels and houses through this app and I have never had these issues before, so please be aware and don't stay there. Just need to pay close attention and be very careful.

tres decue de cet habitation je ne recommande surtout pas

appartement tres bruyant toute la nuit. ce logement n est pas adapter pour 6 personnes seulement une salle d eau de 3m2 et qui comprend les toilettes.Le reseaux electriques est je pense meme pas aux normes des fils partout .Toutes les interdictions notifiees sur feuilles scotchees partout dans l appartement sont justes ridicules. de plus pour obtenir le code d entree j ai du verser 300 euros d accompte debite qui n etait nullement questions au depart ainsi que 60 euros de parking pour 2 nuit ABUSE!! apres 11h de bus il a fallu attendre 2h devant le portail d entree de l appart car le code ne fonctionnant pas et l hôte ne repondait pas bref a fuir cet apprt.( j ai oublie la taxe d habitation a 4.5 par per et par nuit !!!ll)
