Great location,very nice apartment!

Very nice apartment,great location just a few minutes with tram number 3 to the Duomo,the tram is located one minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was very nice to our needs,very nice decorated and the communication with the stuff was good. There is no parking,but there is an arrangement with 24 hours parking for 18 euro a day for the guest,the parking locatde 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is carrefour very close to the apartment as well restaurants and shops.

I booked a 3-bedroom apartment and got a studio where we all slept in the same room which was also the living room and kitchen. It was just for one night, so no big deal. But it would help to be clearer on what you actually get. The apartment is good for a single or couple (in which case the second bed is a sofa).

Comfortable short stay

Location, cleanliness, safe affordable parking, good aircon, well equipped kitchen for a couple of days, shops/cafes / good restaurants nearby. Very nice staff, easy check in, quiet.

Amazing value for the price, I reccomend.

The receptionist was extraordinarily nice and helpful. The room was a bit tiny, but very clean and nicely decorated. Free toiletteries and complimetary water in the fridge. Good location close to the centre and quiet at night.

More negatives than positive

The rooms were clean, which was much appreciated. Water bottles for each guest were also provided.

You have to pick up the key at one location and the actual room is in another location, which is quite tedious if you want a quick check-in after hours of travel. The location itself is surrounded by street after street of graffiti and political propaganda, which creates an unsafe environment, especially if you’re arriving during the evening and night hours. The room is located near some type of bar with odd men loitering around. The room itself had only two small windows facing the other hotel rooms (reminiscent of those Hollywood motel layouts) so little to no oxygen can come in, which after traveling all day is quite the negative, when you just want to breathe in fresh air and not airconditioned air.

The apartment needs substantial maintenance. Air conditioning was not cooling, and the bathroom wooden finishes were damaged a lot from water.

The room is clean and new, with ample space. The staff is friendly and helpful in answering calls—clear instructions on check-in. Offer good parking suggestions and solutions. If you guys can provide the same one-page simple information (as good as the check-in)about the parking, trash policy etc, it will be great to be the Much Easier Milano. Those same questions people keep asking~

Superb

Simple modern studio that has everything one needs for a comfortable stay - fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathroom, comfortable bed, strong wifi. A lot of electric sockets, which I don't usually find, but it's so important with the number of gadgets we carry. Good location, I like this part of town, not in the crowds of tourists and shoppers, but lively.

Our train was late and we were suddenly notified that on sundays the reception closes at 10pm and not at 12, first time we heard about it. Honestly, it was more trouble for the hotel than for us at the end (they arranged for us to get the keys and gave us very clear instructions), but still, made me nervous. The only other thing is that the only window in the room is facing the inner yard and the corridor, which basically means that room has no window.

The A/C from the living room it’s not enough, so we had so much hot all time we were in the apartment, also WiFi not so good and doesn’t work on bedroom, doesn’t have any microwave or electric oven, and we didn’t have wine glasses.

Beautiful interior, comfortable stay.

The location was quite good, and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet was very clean.

The kitchen induction stove was not working, and we had bought some food to try cooking but we had to give that up. The shower cubicle walls were leaking as well, water got out the cubicle from the sides.
