It is large and fits many, but that is all.

It is large, and well located.

It is not well maintained and the cleaning was poor. The main suite has a large bathroom with the jacuzzi and sauna, but there is a huge window missing curtain sheets. Then people from the living room can see you in the bathroom so huge lack of privacy. The AC in the main living room works well, the master suite room had to keep the door open to benefit of it as the AC in the rooms would not cool. The basement had a social area, nobody stayed there as the musty smell was strong.

Hidden E300 cleaning bill for 1 night stay! Broken boiler. Cold water for Jaccuzi or showers..

The apartment is lovely, and the location is great but...

There is a 300 euro cleaning fee after the promoted booking fee for a one night stay. That is just wrong. The boiler downstairs malfunctions so forget the jacuzzi. On our first night i assumed it was because my kids had used the jacuzzi that there was no hot water so went to bed without a shower. Next morning, no hot water and found out kids didnt have a shower or jacuzzi either as freezing cold. Called Fabio and long story short one of us have to stand by the boiler and restart it every time it went off and shout through to whoever was in the shower to watch out for cold water. Whole process added an extra 2 hours to our morning when we wanted to see Milan and had to check out at 11!! :( On reflection they knew about it because the check in process included the Russian lady making me confirm there was hot water in the downstairs bathroom which i thought was odd at the time?? Afterwards asked 3 times if i could have a discount off the 300 euro cleaning bill due to cold water and ruined morning but was told 'no', so above is my reply.

The location.

There is active construction going on as a large building is being built next door. They are still framing the building and it was very noisy since 7 am. We received no advance notice of that nuisance. The apartment is very large. There are serious mold issues in common areas and in the master bedroom. There is no water pressure in the shower in master bedroom. Beds and linens were comfortable. We personally let the owner know of the issues during our check out.

good location clsoe to center and subway

we came back to house after dinner and find out we cannot open the door we had to look for hotel because the owner didnt replay back and all of our cloth and other belonging was locked inside the house including medicine .the day after we had to wait for full day as the owner tried to open himself the door for full day and after all of this he expect us to pay for the door and didnt agreed to compencate us for all of this truble i never had such roodness before i would at least expect them to say they are sorry and pay us back the night we paid the hotel and the night we paid them for not be able to use the house but nothing

Everything was perfect 👌 especially the receptionist was very helpful and nice..

The 150 € for the cleaning after check out was too much ..!! Cleaning should be part of the rent price.

Vannlekkasje inn i kjelleren. Ble håndtert og forsøkt tørket opp av utleier, men lot seg ikke ordne. Ble løst ved å gi en økonomisk kompensasjon.

EXPERIENCIA CORRECTA

La ubicación era bastante buena, ya que estábamos a 20 minutos andando del Duomo y justo en la rambla de enfrente de nuestro edificio coincidió que montaban mercadillo el sábado y nos dimos una vuelta. Alrededor del apartamento tambien había una via principal llena de tiendas y lugares para desayunar o cenar algo. Estábamos muy cerca de los canales tambien y la zona de ambiente.

En el apartamento 4 de las 10 personas dormimos en el comedor, en sofà cama, y por la mañana a las 7h ya estábamos despiertos debido a que la luz del sol entraba por una claraboya que quedaba justo en el centro del comedor. Las duchas eran bastante pequeñas. La sauna no funcionaba. Coincidimos con un fin de semana muy caluroso, y de todos los aires del apartamento, tan solo funcionaba uno. La zona de la bodega olía mucho a humedad, pero era una habitación bastante fresca.

Un appartement agréable mais qui meriterait plus de service et de soin à l'arrivée

bel appartement situé à 100 m du Métro ou du Tram. sous sol génial pour les réunions de famille !! Sauna TOP Jaccuzi pas utilisé

manque de services dans l'appartement de manière générale: faible chauffage dans la master bedroom (pas de couverture supplémentaire à disposition) pas de papier toilettes dans les 3 WC (pas cool dans un appartement avec ce budget, peut être est ce un oubli) sommes arrivés avec 2 voitures garées face à l'appartement (voitures mises en fourrière), l'Hôte aurait pu nous prévenir car le marché a lieu tous les samedis.
