Ok for a short trip on a budget if you only sleep in there

The space and cleanliness

There were no hygiene products at all in the bathroom, the headboard covered with fake leather was peeling off and the whole bed was full of it, and the blinds couldn’t be pulled down.

Comfortable bed, AC in bedroom and living room, kitchen has all the utensils and appliances needed for cooking, three good supermarkets nearby, helpful staff and easy check-in, clean and new Also present were hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, kettle, microwave

Closest metro station is 10-15 away on foot, distance to city centre is ~50 min on foot, the city area where it’s located is a bit dirty

Good place but with sound and size issues

Good location - just outside the center, with a tram/bus stop just around the corner. The appartment was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff was helpful.

The shower is extremely small - only 63×63 cm inside (2×2 ft), the entrance is only 34 cm (1 ft), so it's not great for plus size people. The sound isolation is non-existant - the neighbor's alarm was waking everyone up at 5:45 am every morning, and we could hear people talking, walking, doing laundry etc.

Paid for city tax which i’ve never paid before when travelling abroad for a stay. Paid a cleaning fee but the apartment

Dirty bathroom, dirty bedsheets, stained walls and floor. Depressing atmosphere. Felt like in a hospital everything white, no decorations at all. Apartment building filled with cockroaches and very sketchy neighbourhood, doesn’t feel safe.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious and located close to the metro and express train station for the airport.

There is no breakfast. Room is fine. I like the laundry machine. Location is near train and buses

The apartment was very clean, we had AC in every room, and the location of the apartment is good because there are public transportation stations nearby. Across the street, there is a small bakery perfect for breakfast. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

it was spacious and an easy commute to central milan. it was also a quick walk to a train station to take u places such as lake como!

it was cold. heating is said to be automatic but not a lot of heat comes from the heaters

Passable

The thermostat is set to 19° degrees Celsius and upon our request to the owner if he can come and increase the heating temperature because we are freezing, he replied that such is the law in Italy and that the temperature cannot go above 19° degrees Celsius. We were in January and we froze at night. In the rooms there are also air conditioners for which there is no remote control, they cannot be turned on.

The apartment was decent enough. But we were really surprised that there was no living room for a two rooms apartment. Kitchen was quite old and wasn't the cleanest. Overall - not bad.

Cozy Stay for Champions League Game

The apartment was very clean and the staff were all the time easy to reach although there is no front desk. Self check in was super easy, beds were comfortable and the house was very cozy

There was no actual living room, there were only two bedrooms. We didn’t stay much at home and always ate outside, but if you plan to sit together in the house at night or decide to cook at home, the lack of living room and enough kitchen utensils could make it a bit difficult for you

La posizione comoda

Host contattabile solo in orari lavorativi e non nel weekend. Io ho prenotato 3 appartamenti e quando siamo arrivati (metà’ dicembre 2025 ) uno degli appartamenti aveva il riscaldamento no funzionante , c’erano 15 gradi in casa ) essendo le 17 l’host ( una agenzia ) mi ha risposto e cambiato appartamento. Anche nel secondo appartamento il riscaldamento era spento e l’host mi ha detto che non sapeva come fare senza contattare il proprietario e di cercare i telecomandi dei condizionatori. Fortunatamente alla fine li abbiamo trovati ma, essendo l’elettricità collegata alla presenza della tessera di ingresso all’appartamento, ogni volta che si usciva di casa , il condizionatore si spegneva e la temperatura precipitava. Ho chiesto all’host di sistemare ma non si sono più fatti sentire . Classico appartamento che tanto rende anche con le recensioni negative.

Assenza di ascensore NON SEGNALATA, ergo 2 piani a piedi con valigie,. Nell'appartamento vi era ancora l'immondizia degli ospiti precedenti, la tapparella della camera da letto bloccata alla massima apertura senza tende e privacy, 1 misera saponetta per 2 ospiti e per 2 notti, bisogna aggiungere altro?

Appartamento ampio, comodo e con tutti i servizi.

Gli spazi erano veramente grandi. La cucina, sebbene piccolina, aveva tutto ciò che può servire. La posizione giusta per la nostra meta, il quartiere abbastanza vivo e con tutti i servizi necessari.

La tessera per accendere la luce è rotta e attaccata con scotch, quindi molto delicata.

Anche se specificato già nella prenotazione, la mancanza di un ascensore per raggiungere i piani alti. Comunque, si è trattato solo del secondo piano che non è neanche difficile da raggiungere.

Si quieres descansar tras un día duro será casi imposible

Ubicación y tranvía en la puerta.

Nada más llegar comprobamos que hay una persiana y cortina rotas por lo que nos ponemos en contacto con el propietario y nos pregunta si hemos sido nosotros o estaba ya así... Mal empezaba la cosa ya que al no haber persiana ni cortina a las 6 de la mañana entraba luz y no pudimos dormir. Por otro lado tienen un sistema de apertura de puerta que hace que suene el timbre de la vivienda tres veces SEA LA HORA QUE SEA y la gente que lo utilizaba hacia que nos despertáramos en mitad de la noche si volvía tarde al apartamento. En las tres noches que estuvimos sonó el timbre durante toda la noche y no pudimos descansar. Además se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones y es otra de las molestias añadidas contra el descanso así que si quieres descansar tras un largo día de turismo no es el lugar más adecuado.

Посуда и приборы были грязноваты, при включении одновременно бытовых приборов моментально вырубались пробки и выключался свет, кондиционер не рассчитан на охлаждение двух уровней большой комнаты – он очень долго охлаждал комнату.

Muy, muy sucio

Amplio. Buena conexión con tranvía y estación de tren cercana pero muy mal conectado con el metro. A 40 minutos en tranvía del Castillo. Supermercado cerca.

Muy, muy sucio, tanto suelos como paredes y muebles, no han pasado un trampo para el polvo en meses. Poco acogedor, muy básico, 5 camas y 4 muebles baratos de Ikea. 2o sin ascensor más un tramo inicial que lo hacen un tercer piso sin ascensor, con la incomodidad que eso supone de subir y bajar maletas. Nosotros íbamos con 3 niñas pequeñas y tuvimos que dejar el carro de bebé abajo. Un dormitorio con persiana rota que hacía que a las 6 de la mañana entrara la luz, dificultando el descanso. Vecino de arriba muy, muy ruidoso, a las 5 de la mañana empezaba a dar golpes (no es culpa del alojamiento pero es a tener en cuenta). Falta algo tan básico como un tostador (curiosamente, había una plancha para la ropa que me parece mucho menos necesaria). Cafetera ridículamente pequeña para un alojamiento que supuestamente puede acoger a 5 adultos (daba para un café largo o dos cortos como mucho).
