It was a pleasant stay, except the noises it is a nice apartment.

The flat is near metro station. Communication was very good. Rooms bathroom and kitchen was clean, also towels and beds.

The walls are very thin. You can hear neighbors, sometimes at the night, it was disturbing. A lot of lights in the apartment doesn't work. At the evening it was a lack of lights in there. temperature was ok but not so very warm. It could be at least one pan in the kitchen.

Potential apartment but problematic living.

The location was good, close to the metro station and local grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet even at night. The apartment was spacious and bright and would have been great for traveling with a few children. Getting the keys was easy with the instructions sent in advance and I was able to use the apartment a little earlier than the original check-in time upon request, which was definitely a big plus.

Unfortunately, a problem was discovered in the apartment within a few days that significantly affected the comfort and hygiene of the apartment, and made using the kitchen, for example, unpleasant, so that garbage had to be stored in the refrigerator and food was not brought into the apartment at all and all belongings had to be carefully checked when moving out. When I kindly reported the nature of the problem with a video, my message was ignored for several days. Only my third message regarding the problem was answered, and the person who responded pretended to be unaware of the problem, even though there were plenty of signs in the apartment that the problem had been there for a while and had also bothered other residents. I felt that I was only served when things were going well, but after the problem was discovered, I was repeatedly ignored. In the end, I demanded a refund of the rental price and the cleaning fee was promised to be paid to my account. So far, the money has not been seen. It was a shame because the apartment itself had quite a bit of potential and the actual contamination could be fixed, but I was left with a very distrustful feeling about its landlords and I wouldn't dare rent another apartment from them again.

Ridiculous, not worth the money at all

Only location. Not far from supermarket and metro station.

• When I booked this apartment, I wrote to the owner that I would be coming with my best friend and we would be sleeping separately, so I would need extra sheets. But she did not fulfill this request and there was prepared only one bed in the bedroom (although it was written that you can sleep on the sofa also). I wrote her a message about it again when we came but got ignored the whole stay. • No WiFi. How is this even possible these days? • Dirty kitchen utensils. We even found food crumbs sticked on some of them. Dust and dirty floor (my socks turned black so I just threw them away). • Ants everywhere. I even saw one in my bed. Apartment rules say you have to sort and tie up the garbage bags and wash the dishes for hygiene reasons, but the whole apartment is in unsanitary conditions, it’s ridiculous. • The bedroom door had been broken in at some point so didn’t close properly. • Pillows were very hard, I have never slept on such hard pillow in my life. • Only one piece of small small soap for two people for three nights stay. For the price I paid, I least expected cleanliness and WiFi. This is my second time staying at this apartment, the first one wasn't good either, but I thought something would have changed. It changed but for the worse. I will never ever come back.

Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty with alot of items filled up with dust. The floor wasn't clean and neither the bedsheets.

Not satisfied - bad quality/price ratio

The location is quite strategic and very close to the metro station. It is surrounded by a lot of services (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants)

Bad internet connection, the entrance door of the apartment was not working very well, the heating system didn't work properly but fortunately air conditioning was there. The shower cubicle was not appropriate because one door was inexistence. The apartment was not so clean in general , the cleaning products were dirty or not available. Overall it wasn't a cozy apartment at all and I didn't enjoy my stay considering the amount of money I paid for it. I do not recommend this solution for a period greater than a week.

Very poor

Easy access to metro

The add said, "free public parking nearby". This is not true; we circled everywhere, and they have paid street parking. When we inquired about the location of this free public parking, the response was, "We didn't say we have private parking". We explained we understood the advertisement and that we were only looking for the free public parking and hoping to get a spot there. However, they stopped communicating with us. Bring your own toilet paper - there were 5 of us, and we got leftovers of one roll. Also apartment fits five, yet the kitchen only has three bowls. One shower door is missing in the bathroom so it cannot be closed.

Beside of some inconveniences I would recommend this apartament for this price.

The apartment is spacious and there is a big balcony, so it's perfect for 2/3 people. The kitchen was fully equipped (cutlery, cups, plates, pots, kettle). The location is quite good - 9 stops with metro to reach Dumo di Milano.

I was not satisfied with the cleanness of the apartament. We found hair in our towel, curtains were very dirty, so it's better not to touch them. Also, it would be nice to have basic supplies like soap or shower gel. The walls in the building are thin so you can hear noises and conversations form other apartments. Beside of some inconveniences I would recommend this apartament for this price.

Could be better….

The apartments are in a very convenient location. 5 min walk to Affori Centro metro station. A big supermarket is also neaby. There are a lot of cafes on the neighbouring street where you can eat cheaply. We had a self-check in. Instructions were clear and we got the keys quickly.

We didn’t like the kitchen utensils. Dishes were few and old. We traveled with children and, for example, there was no deep plate for musli. There were no scissors, the cutting board was in a very poor condition, there was only 1 bread knife that didn’t cut anything. The floor mop was in a very poor condition. If these shortcomings are eliminated, the stay will be more comfortable. It is unrealistic to bring all these items with you. We were not given instructions where to throw garbage ( it was also a problem).

Poor

The location was perfect. Next to the main metro line for sightseeing. And that was the only good thing about the apartment. What we found, was disappointing to say the least. First of all, the apartment was cold. The landlord mentioned there was a law in place prohibiting interior temperature to be over 20 degrees C, which was absurd given that we visited Milan in February. The AC unit was also not an option, as it was set to cold and we couldn’t find the remote. Furthermore, the apartment was only equipped with a thin duvet and a stained, also very thin, blanket. It goes without saying that we had to sleep in our thermals and hoodies to keep warm. Second and most upsetting observation was the degree of cleanliness and hygiene. There were actual shoeprints on the walls, some of which at waist height, not just around the floors. There were also some rather disturbing dark spots on the walls, like dried liquid –one of those spots was actually by the headboard of the bed. Thankfully the bathroom was good. What’s more, the couch was disgustingly stained, and the landlord didn’t even bother to cover it up. We were appalled to sit on it. Finally, the kitchen, while equipped with pans and pots (some heavily used) didn’t have any cutlery at all. We had to buy wooden utensils from the super market to be able to eat. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and the price to quality/services ration subpar. It really didn’t live up to any expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment, especially not in the winter.

Nothing!

This is absolutely unbelievable! the instructions how to access the house was incorrect!!! they send me a false instruction. I was waiting at the entrance for 40 minutes, untill some neighbour entered the door. the flat is TOTALLY different, from what is given on site. heating is working only in bathroom and it was freezing in the room! I had to buy blankets, in order not to freeze! Main door is not working and neigbour borrowed some other key! Othwise I was in open door! Internet is not working! Yesterday host promised to come next day (Sunday) and repair internet and heating, but NOBODY came and I call and phone and it is switched off!!! Tap in the bathroom was damaged and there was a flood after I opened it!!! The host was laughing on the phone and pretending that he knows nothing! And the worst is that Booking.com has no answer on it at all!

The WiFi wasn't really reliable, but it's really not a big deal. Also, if you are a light sleeper, you might need earplugs (the walls of the building are quite thin).

Attention to details would have made a great difference

Good location, close to the Metro and a supermarket. We were a group and booked 2 apartments - the one at the 5th floor had an outdoor terrace, which was a nice add-on. Key pickup went smooth, they gave us a code and also let us check in earlier. Good communication with the host.

More attention to details would have been great. And some basic supplies like shower gel, slippers, kitchen napkins, wine opener, etc - those small thinks that make your stay cosy. The apartment at the 5th floor had a weird layout: you entered the bathroom through the bedroom, so not much privacy if you are more than 2 people. Also, the living room (the one with the couch) had a really large window, but no curtains, so it's hard to sleep once the sun comes up. Very thin walls and doors, you could hear everything.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very well equipped, looks nice and has everything you need. Apart from that, the location is ok. You can take a direct metro line to the city center.

Passable

Location is very great, near to metro, lots of shops and some restaurants. Quiet area far from the main street. Apartment was clean and new. The good thing was that it was a duvet in the sleeping room (rare in Italy).

Huge disappointment. There were no hair drayer (on booking it was written that it was), no tea, sugar, hand soap or even garbage bag. The thermostat was locked so I couldn't change the temperature and it was very very cold in apartment. Even in the bathroom the radiator wasn't working so we were freezing going out from the shower. The doors and walls was so thin so we were hearing everything from the corridor and neighbours, it was hard to sleep. Moreover in case of picking keys I had to upload photos of my ID and me with the ID on online check-in site which was very uncomfortable and dangerous. I feel like it wasn't nessesary to check in and in my country taking pics of ID is illegal.

It has what you could need

It was big enough to fit 2 people. Bedroom was nice and the living room also. It has the things you could need for your stay. If you are planning to cook. You must buy the cutlery. Bed was comfortable and the sofa also. It's really close to the esselunga so that's great.

The location. It is not too far from the metro station (affori centro) but if you plan to come back late night, be aware It is a lonely street during the night. Sometimes it was a bit cold during the night, and well you don't have any control over the heater but if you wear a good sweater, you will be fine. Also the wifi. There were parts in the apartment were didn't work so you gotta find the spot to have a good signal.

Very bad experience at Alessia's flat in Milan

Picking up the keys was a hassle, although we agreed that they will be kept in a shop nearby. When we arrived the keys weren't there and we had to call the host many times and wait for 2h on the street before the maid came to us and guided us to the apartment . The neighbors are so loud and play music very late at night not to mention that there were no cutlery and no extra bed sheets.

Appartamento puzzolente, condizionatore senza telecomando e riscaldamento che funzionava parzialmente pur avendo all’arrivo cambiato appartamento per riscaldamento non funzionante. Quattro posti letto: stanza matrimoniale e letto matrimoniale in zona giorno che toglie lo spazio ad un tavolo, presa elettrica rotta ed il bollitore senza adattatore per presa shuko, dotazione stoviglie non sufficienti per quattro ospiti

Appartamento per niente insonorizzato. Luogo veramente molto sporco e mal tenuto, al limite della permanenza. Odore acre Doccia piccola( 60x60cm) e mal tenuta Abbiamo dovuto ripulire tutto !
