Location is the only thing that’s good
Sperm on the sheets, electricity went off the first night and we couldn’t leave of the apartment without keeping the door open, because it wouldn’t opening from outside, so we had to take all of our luggage with us every time we leave, tried texting the owner and she wouldn’t reply at all, worst three nights ever, also the hair dryer and the bathroom light are were broken, the bed makes a sound every single time u move and it wasn’t comfortable.

Handy stay for 3 days in Monza for the F1. Wouldn't stay here again given the choice when looking at value for money
Location. Close to metro line. Coffee shop next door and supermarket around the corner.
Cleanliness: very clean, room was spotless bar some cobwebs.
The room overall was spacious. The AC was working well for us when we stayed.
Communication: good communication prior to arrival. The key for the room was in the wrong black lock box for self check in. Incorrect apartment lock box given in message. Eventually tried the corresponding apartment number box, and by chance the code given to unlock it worked. When we tried to leave the apartment, there was no instructions on how to unlock the automated gate. We had to get help from a pedestrian who went next door to the cafe and managed to get help. Not good enough that a staff member of this cafe showed us how to get out and not our hosts. Again, this issue arose when the hosts were out of hours. (All doors look like apartment building doors, the button to leave looked like it could be a doorbell for someone else's place. It has small tiny wording above it in Italian, possibly to say that's how you unlock it)
WiFi was very slow. It was intermittent. Incorrect WiFi code/ID were left. No WiFi for first night of stay as a result. Sent a message to hosts and got an automated message back that they were out of hours. They only communicate within certain hours. No instructions were left for the television. Trial and error and we eventually got the TV to work.
Curtains. Not enough privacy from neighbours. They weren't blackout. When walking past the room you could see into the room.
If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place. Metro is close by, you can hear everything on the street. There is no soundproofing in this apartment. You will hear everything. The culture in Italy is to dine late, so don't come if you expect peace and quiet after 9pm
Shower was very small. As in tiny. Seal with the doors weren't great, you could easily flood the floor. 4 towels left. 2 big towels, 2 small towels.. These were seemingly for the bathroom but one could guess you could use them in the living space. There were no tea towels that we found. One roll of toilet paper, for 2 people, for 4 nights.

Don't pick this apartment if you are on a long vacation. What a bad service from the host.
We all liked the location because it has easy access to the metro, buses, and the central area. The size of the apartment was good, and we managed to get paid parking in the apartment, which was convenient.
You can find Supermarkets and coffee shops close by.
A/C didn't work properly at all, so we sweated the first couple of days like hell. Luckily, the temperature dropped, so we could sleep better on our last few days.
The bidder didn't work at all. Even after being informed, it was never fixed.
Not enough cutlery. We were four in the apartment and only a few. Requested more and never got it.
In the shower cubicle, there was no place to keep the body wash or shampoo. And the shower leaks, so when you want to have a body shower, you ultimately take a full bath.
Not enough toilet paper, so we bought our own.
We haven't had any stuff to keep the room and bathroom clean throughout our long stay. Even when we request some bin covers to clear garbage, we never get them.
Too loud to sleep, and there were horn sounds throughout the night, so you could not sleep properly after a long walk in Milan.
Bad smell of garbage around the area (like a dead rat) throughout our stay.

Clean, good location, good value for money
The building is very close to the metro station that goes directly to Duomo (15 min aprox. to Duomo). The apartment is very clean, spacious and with kitchen facilities. There is supermarket nearby for usual shopping and a caffeteria downstairs for breakfast, soft lunch or drink. The communication with the owner was efficient.

The location, how safe it felt, and the layout of the apartments.
The AC didn’t work and the owner did not care to fix it until 2 nights into the stay so we were miserable with no sleep. The owner refused compensation for this and was awful to even get a hold of. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want AC even if it’s advertised. Even when we did have it, there’s a limit to how cold we could make it which was not mentioned beforehand

Stayed 4 days, Extremely convenient location allowed us access to City Centre, Lake Como, San Siro and a trip to Switzer
less than 100m to both Affori metro and train station. Cafe and supermarket located very close to the apartments too!
check in process was a bit temperamental. Had no direct contact on the booking.com app, it was all through whatsapp and they only had specific hours they were contactable.

Modern apartment, a little out of the city centre
Modern and clean apartment and the building felt secure as you need a code to get in the front gate. Nice café located underneath the building and metro station just across the road
A little distant from the centre (though easy to get there on the metro), we were woken up by some noise from the neighbours on one of the nights

It was not at all what I expected
The location is great because there is a metro station nearby
But its a lot of noise from the bakery downstairs.
The host does not specify in the description that for parking you have to pay 12€/day and I woke up with a link where I had to pay double the amount compared to what it says on the booking that it would be the city tax.
Although I specified that I would like a parking space, I ended up being told that there is no more, that there are only 2 spaces there and they are occupied
The refrigerator sometimes makes some noises and becomes annoying especially in the night.
In the morning when I left, there was a car parked so that I had no way to go down the stairs with my luggage next to it and I had to lift so many kilograms. And I had no one to talk to to move her because their reception is only from 10 in the morning

Disappointing
1. The location is just few steps away from metro yellow line.
2. The space in the room was good.
3. Self-check in
1. The drain in the washbasin and bathroom floor was blocked from the beginning.
2. The room was not clean, full of dust and floor was dirty. Kitchen utensils were greasy.
3. Very noisy since the property is located above a metro station and stairs are metal. When people walk on the stairs it creats horrible noise.
4. Wifi speed was awful, almost no signal in our room (no. 5).
5. For 2 people staying for 4 nights they kept only 20 gr solid soap and one toilet paper.
6. Room was cold.
7. There was no reception to complain to do something about the shortcomings.
8. They do not clean the room daily, even if you stay long. We preferred to pay extra and get daily cleaning at least removal of garbage for hygiene reasons.
9. No elevator.
10. For 87 € per night I could book 4 star hotel located 5 km from the center at the time of booking ( about 2 months in advance) but I went for this property because of location and misleading reviews. However, I was disappointed with property due to above shortcomings. It is neither worth the money nor a long stay.

it was a cool location and nice inside, very simple and sleek design. I liked how the card turned on the lights.
I would’ve liked a second card since there were two people staying in the room. also one of the pillows had what appeared to be a blood stain on it, I wish there were pillow cases on the pillows or fresh pillows.

The apartment was cold, the temperature barely touched 20 degrees. It was very cold at night.
Beside that, the basic stuffs were missing: iron, napkins, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo.
