VERY noisy place with remote location, but nice owner that is willing to help.

Owner was nice and accomodating. We got extra day with fair price and pickup from airport with ok price =)

Needs more cleaning. White TV remote was more like black with grease and dirt, ventilation was covered with dust, bedroom floor was covered with sand and dirt. Needs noise reduction. Its located right next to busy road and train tracks. You can even hear people talking outside. VERY noisy place and definately needs earplugs for sleep.

Good size clean apartment. Nice big shower.

The host stated that we would be charged e40 for a 'late' check in after 10pm (although site states check in 2pm until 12). We had asked for 2.30pm check in 3 days before but this was not confirmed until nearly midday on the day of arrival by which time we had changed our plans. Not happy with the pressure this put us under. The air con in the lounge was ineffectual (only 1 controller as well and it was 35 degrees) and the car parking outside what looks like an industrial building was narrow & not long enough for an estate car.

Was ok, but not again.

Pleasant was it to find any acceptable place in Milano. The checkout was pretty quick with Andrea and so we could move out quickly.

Yeah, interesting was that Andrea didnt communicate until 6 pm on arrival day how to get the keys. We were supposed to check in around 9 pm. Andrea wrote me if I can pick up the keys 3 km away from a restaurant, where he is eating out for dinner. I mean in at the time and in a big city like Milano quite a task :D the place on top is super load and far away from anything happening.

Decent place for short stay

Overall, it may be a good deal for a stay in Milan for 5-6 people, if you don't mind modest settings and want to save some money. The host is very quick to respond and was very helpful.

There is nothing to say bad about the apartment, but we want to share our experience for the benefit of future guests so they know what to expect. The apartment is located on the second floor which didn't have lights in the hallway (we used phone flashlight) and if you have heavy bags you will do some heavylifting (no lift). The building is located right on the street, so you may not like it if you can't tolerate some traffic noise and tremble from passing trains. We were super tired and didn't hear much. TV has only local channels in Italian. Wi-fi was not working for some reason on the day of our stay. The apartment is equipped with gas stove, which was not easy to operate at first, but we managed. The walls between apartments maybe a bit thin and you can hear neighbors. The apartment felt a bit cold even though we put the thermostat to a high degree.

Great place...a little outside the city center but near public transportation

Andrea was very nice and helpful upon check-in and check-out. The apartment itself is spacious for our family of five and it was nice to come back to after touring the city. The first bedroom had a queen sized mattress and the second bedroom had two singles. The third bed (a single) is located in the hallway....which is not a problem at all as there is still plenty of room to get to the bathroom or the other bedrooms. The living room has a nice sofa that pulls out into another bed. Andrea stocked them refrigerator with items to purchase and although we didn’t use them they are nice to have on hand. The bus stop is just around the corner and the train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Public transportation can take a bit to get to the city center which is not bad at all...just be aware that it may take 30-40 minutes with all the connections. However given the price it is a great place to stay and be a little further out. Plus there are some great local restaurants in the area that are not as expensive as downtown! Across the way is a park and an area for kids to play soccer in. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The noise level of the cars and the train behind the apartment complex....although that should be expected in the city. The single mattresses were a little soft but the kids slept on them. The queen mattress was just fine.

Everything. Good location, comfortable and well equipped apartment. It's good for couple, for family and for group of friends. The host is very nice, responsive and hospitable.

Séjour décevant malgré un bon accueil...

L'hôte était très sympathique et disponible. Le lit de la chambre parentale était confortable. Les pièces sont quant à elles assez spacieuses. La salle d'eau est propre.

Très bruyant car proche d'un chemin de fer et route très passante. Les meubles et l'appartement en lui-même est très abîmé et de mauvaise qualité. Cuisine pas bien équipée.
