L'appartamento non accetta gruppi sotto i 25 anni, ma ovviamente manda questa informazione solo dopo che ha ricevuto il pagamento Li ho chiamati per chiarire la questione circa un mese prima del soggiorno, e dopo aver già effettuato il check-in online, e mi hanno detto che, visto che era presente una persona di 25 anni ed eravamo tutti sopra i 18 andava bene Arriva il giorno dell'accesso, non si trova la stanza, non rispondono al telefono per ore, quando finalmente si degnano di dare una risposta ci negano l'accesso perché non avevamo tutti sotto i 25 anni Quando li minaccio di denuncia, finalmente ci danno i dati di accesso alla camera Camera discretamente pulita

UNA ESTABA, NOS QUEDAMOS EN LA CALLE Y SIN REEMBOLSO

NADA, nos dejaron en la calle!!

¡¡¡Nos dejaron en la calle sin contestar a llamadas ni mensajes!!! Buscamos el apartamento según las indicaciones y solo encontramos (creemos) el portal, dado que está fatal explicado y no concretan nada. Tampoco nos llegó ninguna dirección tras hacer la reserva. No figura en ningún sitio la ubicación exacta ni mucho menos el piso. Cargadas de maletas y lloviendo contacto vía app y no hay respuesta por parte del anfitrión. Pasado un rato decido llamar al teléfono de contacto. Lo hago 3 veces y no hay ninguna respuesta, tan solo un contestador que no soluciona nada, redirige a central y cuelgan sin ninguna respuesta. Preguntamos a varios vecinos y al anfitrión de otros pisos y nadie conoce el apartamento. 5 personas de habla italiana y una de habla inglesa vuelven a llamar 2 veces más por si hay error de comprensión en el idioma, y tampoco obtienen respuesta alguna. Buscamos reseñas del apartamento y hay otras quejas sobre no encontrar la ubicación. Mandamos WhatsApp a dos números de teléfono de contacto y en ninguno hay respuesta pese a los múltiples intentos, no da opción a preguntar nada. Probamos a llamar a conserjería del edificio para preguntar y no hay respuesta. Tras 2h sin ninguna respuesta nos vemos obligadas a buscar un hotel cercano dado que conmigo viaja mi abuela de 82 años, vamos con el equipaje y está lloviendo. Hasta pasadas las 22h no hay respuesta del anfitrión vía app poniendo únicamente que "que no le había avisado". Le cuento lo ocurrido y no hay ninguna explicación ni disculpa. Directamente me cancela la reserva, borra toda mi conversación pidiendole ayuda y me penalizan por no haberme presentado en el apartamento, cuando sí lo hice durante horas tratando de que alguien nos hiciera caso. Fue desesperante. No paro de poner quejas a booking y no me dan ninguna respuesta ni solución, dado que según ellos hay falta de pruebas de que lo que digo es cierto.

Ho affittato un appartamento, mi hanno cambiato all'ultimo minuto Ho preso un taxi per il posto in cui pensavo di alloggiare Sono arrivato lì, mi hanno dato un altro indirizzo Ho affittato un appartamento con due camere da letto, mi hanno dato un altro posto orribile, una piazza in cui ero caldo non c'era il controllo dell'aria condizionata, ho chiamato per parlare, non ha risolto niente, mi hanno detto di dormire con la finestra aperta, anche se le zanzare non mi facevano dormire molto male.
