Nothing
Room was very unclear. No numbers on the doors. Key box was not labelled and no correlating door so we had to try every one. Staff were unhelpful. Room had stains.

Lack of contact with the owner. I didnt receive the key in the day of the arrival (probably rented twice for someone else). Its a scam. I had to rent another hotel and did not received the money back.

Was so bad that we left and booked elsewhere. Bed was broken and unsafe,mould and damp, broken shelves, shower head used as tap in kitchen and no head in shower, exposed wires from bathroom light, lights not working. Check in process was communicated late and then very confusing. Generally disgraceful.

Clean and quiet
Apartment not easy to find with directions + visual queues in video. Apartment not in good repair ... shower head not attached to wall, water not working in kitchen sink, shower curtain ripped, fan was noisey. Conyents did not mstch picturrs on-line, sent to a different address than booking. Chat box help was virtual circle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

he check-in at the property was very poor and difficult. Without internet, it was almost impossible to enter. The rooms were not very clean and there were very few amenities. We found water in the bathroom — hot water was leaking and it flooded into the room. The entire room was wet. Because of this, we could not stay there with our children. We only remained in the room for about an hour before leaving.
It was also extremely noisy outside. Someone eventually came and shut off the water supply, but then there was no water at all in the room, so we couldn’t shower or do anything.
I kindly request a refund, as this was a very bad experience.

Near to metro station and central area
Too much ants on the floor and it hurts my family , thx god it was only 2 nights stay . Also check in was very difficult and response from the host very difficult

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing due to several reasons. Firstly, communication with the staff was extremely difficult. The only way to contact them was through a chatbot that failed to resolve any of my issues.
The room I was assigned smelled of mold and cigarette smoke, which made my stay unpleasant. Additionally, the furnishings were quite worn out. For example, the light in the bathroom didn't work and there was also mold on the walls. The most shocking thing was that I had to pay extra for towels, which is something I have never experienced before.
The only positive thing was the proximity to the central station, but this did not make up for all the other drawbacks. Definitely would not recommend.

I don’t like the management
I don’t like everything. The facilities wasn’t provided as what mentioned like kettle, hair dryer, iron board and so on. They don’t fix the switch and they let the lamp and the shower in the toilet in a broke condition. The worse is I can’t reach them when I in needs because everything auto replied by their vicky bot and not connected to human. They served their customer with “no time to explain” and just watch the link on YouTube to enter and check out from the residential. Sorry but not sorry, I think someone who speaks to me in the front of the gate just shows rudeness make me feel uncomfortable to stay again. Thank you Milano

Near to train station.
Nobody answer on the phone. The apartment was old and dirty. Also the window was broken, thank god we had a good weather. Don’t visit this apartment. Also, our neighbors was trying to find their key for their check in, they had wrong PIN number from the owner and they stay outside the apartment all night. Try to find them before booking - no one will answer!!! Stay away, we will not recommend this apartment to anybody!

The owner of the apartament anounced us a night before arriving that we are not eligible for this apartment because of our age, we are 23 years old. We payed in advance the rent and do not let us stay and did not even announced us, just a night before, more precisely at 21:19 and stay would have begun in the morning…really dissatisfied and disappointed. We payed and we did not have where to stay…

1. It's hard to locate the room once we enter the building. There were no instructions on how to get there.
2. There is an unpleasant odor when we enter the room.
3. The faucet in the kitchen is a shower head. And in the bathroom there is no showerhead.
4. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the bunk bed is not safe, there are no screws to make it stable and safe for my child.
5. The sofa bed is so dirty.
6. The kitchen sink stinks.
7. It is not air-conditioned in contrast to what is described in their site.

It was unsanitary and disgusting, there were crawlers everywhere and I'm afraid I got bed bugs, when both I and booking.com informed the staff about this, they were not accommodating. ”Refund is not possible” is the only answer I got after sending a video of 100ants crawling on the kitchen table. The staff is rude and this apartment is a shame for such a serious booking site as booking.com to have available to book on their site, however soon this absolutely disgusting apartment will get taken off their site. On the last night we changed to a real hotel as this was too disgusting.

I did not stay in this property. this property was double booked, so there were two groups with access to the same apartment. after over 10 attempts to call their helpline (they kept just hanging up!), we were eventually sent a link to a different address. this place was not an apartment, just a room with shared showers.

This Property is complete SCAM - I have very bad experience - After I have arrived to this property another Couple just unlock my door and enter my apartment - they had same opening key link to my door even they booked different apartment (the couple contacted providers they are in occupied room - the provider did not know that Me and the couple met, so they have been relocated without any information to me, that there was actually someone in my room. Big security Issue.
Another thing was I paid more for apartment with a big outside terrase - after my arrival I foud out, that whole House is under reconstruction and the house is completely wraped all around and terase was close with no acces - there was just metal constuction for workers. I contacted the property about situation with terase - no response till now (review written 2 days afer return home and still nothing)

This is a liar, his check-in procedure is a mess, there is no way you can open the door by yourself.

The video on how to get into the apartment should be at the top of the reservation info. Getting to the actual apartment was complicated.
After we were super comfy. Someone actually had the apartment keys and opened the door. Which was scary. Two men said to be maintenance people. Knowing that someone else could access so easily made us feel unsafe.

The host didn't check in process in time. We waited in front of the building almost 2 hours in that hot weather conditions. She finally sent the check in code. but after that she changed the apartment so we had to walk to the other apartment. She informed us last minute.

Close to the station, silent neighborhood, everything works properly.
Missing some basic tools in the kitchen.
Even with the air-conditioning the apartment is hot because the windows need to be open for the pipe being out, not recommended for the summer.

Only the location
The owner was uncontactable as their phone was always off and they didn’t give us the virtual keys prior to entry so we were locked out upon arrival. Their were old and wet towels in the linen cupboard left from the previous tenants. The bedroom was uncomfortable because there was no air conditioner and the lounge curtain rail was broken so the curtains couldn’t close properly. The sheets were old, dirty and worn out completely. The flat was overall really filthy with nobody who you could contact for support. Room door handle was broken. Shower mixer was on backwards. shower door was broken. Some plug points didn’t work in the lounge.

The apartment has a good location regarding tram/metro station and is quite spacious, very nice terrace. Big TV in the living room, another one in the bedroom. Suitable for more than two people for a few nights.
Very noisy and busy street outside (mostly during the night), the noise of passing cars would not let me sleep. Bathroom door was broken. There is no physical key to your apartment, every time you have to open it via code on your phone (clicking the link). If your battery dies, you are screwed. Also I was not very happy with the communication with the owner/provider. At first I did not received the link with door code but the lady with not quite good English insisted I did. Took me several calls to make her send it to me again. If you don't have a phone with data, you probably won't get into the apartment, there is no reception in the building. Also, prior communication via email was almost all in Italian even though I asked for English. All in all, I don't want to say I don't recommend this place, but personally I would not stay there again.

Beware, its a scam. It was the worst experience ever in Booking. I booked an appartment because I went with my family (a baby child included) and some of the conditions were very important in this decision. The guest provided another appartment in such a worst condition that ruined my vacations. It is a common situation with this guest, as you can see in the recent comments, but booking does nothing. Horrible conditions in the bathroom, towels only provided for 2 persons and no microwaves as advertised (conclusion, I need to warm milk in the middle of the night in the stove. The key was provided far from the appartment, terrible as well. When I get the adress, we dont know which floor is or which the appartment is, only the address was provided in a 11 floor building. When get the appartment the wifi information was wrong, TV channels doesnt work, hot water turned of, additional pillows were dirty, smells dirty as smokers were inside (no smoking advertisement as well) and the shower and the toilet was very dirty and flush was broken. What a mess. Booking client support failed as well since no refund was provided, despite of all been proven by photos and videos.
