Good location,very close to metro station. Around 30 min walk to the city center.
Comfortable beds. It is nice apartment buy It could be refreshed.
Couldn't open doors for first time - link which I get wasn't working. Video with the instruction how to opening door is Italian language 😐.

The video on how to get into the apartment should be at the top of the reservation info. Getting to the actual apartment was complicated.
After we were super comfy. Someone actually had the apartment keys and opened the door. Which was scary. Two men said to be maintenance people. Knowing that someone else could access so easily made us feel unsafe.

I liked the location as it was right by the metro which is only a few stops to the duomo. Plus a 20 minute walk from the central station after we flew into malpensa.
I didn’t like there was no view out the windows; you could open the windows but there were dark shutters over them in which you cannot see out.
I didn’t like that we had to send images of our passports and a selfie before the stay and only 12 hours before will the owner send you the details of the stay.
You had to use your mobile to get the link to to enter the building and it buzzes you in. There was information sent about checking in and out but no written details about what apartment number this was or what floor this was on. We tried to contact the owner with no response - it was a chat bot and no direct number to call. Secondly, we were aware it was 10 pm however no contact the next day to help with our concerns.
