Good but lots of missleadings and stress

The location- close to train station and metro

I booked this apartment around march and i was terrified when i saw the ratings. When we arrived we found the apartment in a good shape, everything worked even the wifi was good to. It had a strong smell of cigaretts but for this value of money i can say it worth its price. The last day the door broke and we almost couldnt get out but we figured out if you pull up high you can open it. My recomendation is to arrive to the apartment at 12-3 pm because the app which opens the public gate is not working. The staff sends you lot of missleading text and could not reachable by phone.

Nothing. Everything is just… i dont have words.

First of all there is no heat in the apartment. About shower I don’t have words. Cold water, there is not hot water. In the kitchen dishes is dirty. Bed is squeaking, no toilet paper. Also the sheets was dirty. We booked for two nights but we couldn’t stay more than one and took another hotel. Also the communication with property is lost. They don’t pay attention or replay.

Good location close to train station

We were extremely disappointed, as we booked one place (33 Via Gustavo Fara, 20124, Milan) and it was changed at the last moment (to via marocco 20) without informing us in advance, we only discovered this after opening the door of the flat we booked to find someone in the room taking a shower, you can only imagine how we felt especially after a long train ride. We had a short stay at Milan and no time to waste, moving between 2 places was a waste of our precious time. The apartment we received was not very clean, the corridor and the apartment had a strong smell of cigarettes, the shower head was leaking all over it was almost impossible to take a decent shower. Over all it was not worthy of the price we paid.

The owner was irresponsible, when we came in Milano at the place where we suposed to take the key( IN A SMALL BOX) of the apartment, the box was empty there was no key inside the box, we call the owner many times once she hang up the phone, and didnt want to hear, because we were explaining to her that the key that wasnt there, we spend 3 hours during the nights searching for the apartment. Finally she respond by telling to us that there has been a mistake and some guests previously took the key, she found another apartment for us which was in zone 2, but we already paid for zone 1. The apartment was veryyy cold ( we were freezing) the bed was horrible tje pillows too we coudnt sleep at all.

The appartment corresponds to the description, it was clean and functional.

There is no human touch of a host: no welcome message in the appartment (e.g. with the wifi code, basic information, recommendations in the neighbourhood), not a few teabags, coffee or sugar. This makes the place cold and alienated. The registration process was quite humiliating and complicated. It was not confirmed for a number of days, but when it was, I received an overwhelming number of emails. The code of the safebox with the key was different in the English and in the Italian email message. Finally, the "host" did not respond to a question about possibly leaving the baggages.

It took forever (12+ hr) for a reply to my message, or didn’t receive a reply (still waiting for one from yesterday… poor communication. Thermostat screen was broken and fell down, no air in 90+ heat, water spouts in shower do not work…and the electrical socket in the master bedroom is hanging OUT of the wall.

WORST HOTEL/APARTMENT BOOKING EXPERIENCE SO FAR!!!

Host was not answering any queries regarding early check-in even though I offered to pay extra. As I had received check-in information in the morning itself, I went straight to the hotel at 11am in the morning, but doors could not be opened. So I had to keep my luggage somewhere else and started exploring the city. I came back in the evening at the scheduled checkin time after collecting my luggage from stasher and to my surprise doors still could not be opened. I called the host and they informed that the place I booked has some issues and so they are offering another place which was 1.5kms far from the original booked place. I countered this as they didn't inform me about this well in advance, to this, host replied rudely that if you don't want the replacement room, then I can cancel and they will refund me. Obviously that cannot be an option for me in the evening of the day travelling with family and luggage. I had no option but to choose an another room. Also they didn't offer any transport to move, so I had to walk, take tram with my family/kid and bulky luggage. I literally wasted my 2 hours of precious travel time and missed to visit some places because of this all inconvenience by the host. I would strongly recommend not to book this hotel/apartment even if it's offered free of charge, you would be stranded in an unknown city. No customer service, at least there should be someone to answer your calls! I would ask Booking.com how they help their customers in such scenarios as they were also not reachable.

Si può migliorare

Posizione perfetta vicino alla stazione e a 30 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. La zona è tranquilla e piena di ristoranti.

Io faccio lo stesso lavoro e sinceramente pagare un supplemento per avere biancheria e asciugamani non lo trovo giusto inoltre ho pagato per due persone e mi sono stati dati soltanto 1 telo doccia e tre per il viso....bidet e tappetino doccia inesistenti. Arredamento tutto rotto e in bagno c'era ancora un rasoio usato del cliente precedente.

Rinnovare completamente l’appartamento

La posizione ottima perché vicina a tutto.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo appartamento non è stata positiva. Al mio arrivo ho trovato la casa poco pulita, con mobili usurati e diversi elementi rotti o arrugginiti. Le pareti presentano crepe e macchie, la pittura è sporca e in alcuni punti scrostata. Le prese elettriche sono parzialmente staccate, i sanitari datati e poco curati, e gli infissi non chiudono bene. Inoltre, l’ambiente era pieno di moscerini, segno di scarsa manutenzione e igiene generale. L’appartamento avrebbe davvero bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Peccato, perché con un po’ di attenzione e qualche intervento mirato potrebbe diventare un bel posto dove soggiornare. Ottimo spazio, appartamento grande e zona ideale!

Foi feito um booking para 3 pessoas e apenas tinha toalhas e lençóis para duas pessoas. Buracos na parede, cozinha suja, material de cozinha sujo e velhos, parede da cozinha derretida devido ao calor do fogão, chave da porta de baixo inexistente, tentativa de contacto sem retorno, apenas existia chave do quarto o que obrigava a ir para o quarto antes de fecharem a porta do prédio até 18h.. portas do duche tudo deslocado.. tivemos que colocar no sítio… quadros do quarto descaídos pareciam que iam cair.. internet inexistente!!!

Portone blindato malandato, temevo mi rimanesse la maniglia interna in mano, TV non funzionava, non ha aria condizionata ma solo un pinguino rumorosissimo, doccia e fornelli sporchi, negli asciugamani a disposizione ho trovato capelli lunghi, in bagno c'era cattivo odore, wifi a disposizione ma senza cartello che indichi rete e password
