everything was ok with the appartment, great detail to have the air conditioner on when we arrived, also the place is spacious and comfortable, very well located and equipped, thoughtful details from host and great communication

Spotless, beds were very comfortable.

Great place,all you need in one apartment, Clean,located in the centre in a quiet building near restaurants,supermarket,metro, the apartment equipped with cooking equipment and washing machine if you are with family , The staff was amazing,took care of everything and always asked if something is missing,if you are staying in Milano this apartment is highly recommend to make your visit fun.

Spacious and clean apartment in good location - ideal for short stays where you’re only after a bed. While baggage storage is offsite it was welcome and positive. Washing machine was good but worth noting was not in apartment, some apartments appear to have it inside based on photos.

I booked the apartment after seeing the high reviews and pictures as I wanted a space I can meaningfully use after a long trip. However the apartment has a facade of being great which quickly wears off once you’re in. Some very disappointing aspects including toilet that was not functional leaving us to use public bathrooms. Host manages about 100 apartments and they were not warm or helpful. They appear to have little grasp as to the individual apartments. Amenities are very limited. Kitchen with limited utensils and deficient and broken knife, oven with no oven tray and oven mitts, no tea towels, dish washer with no washing tablets, kettle with dirty water on check in, hanging racks and ample wardrobe space with barely any useful coat hangers.
