Only the location near the station.
The apartment was not habitable. There was no gas, no heating and no hot water. During the night the electricity stopped and we stayed without power for hours, which caused our phones to discharge and we missed a scheduled commitment in the morning.
In the morning the problem continued: still no electricity and no gas. We tried to contact the host multiple times and received no assistance.
We also spoke with another guest who reported experiencing the same issues, showing this is a recurring problem and not an isolated incident.

Ok, so people report huge problems getting in.
If you can't get it to work, log in to their wifi when you arrive. The password is NOT capitolized. Or go stand hear the street to activate the door. It may not work until you scheduled arrival. When you find the key box push the numbers HARD and rotate the top knob.
No window; a bit stuffy.
No microwave (I got around that). Sink in kitchen didn't work. No remote for TV.
Button on washing machine missing, but I was able to push through with a wooden spoon and make a connection to start the laundry.

The first impression, the email they sent me with the data to enter the apartment did not help me and I could not enter until the cleaning person came out and helped me enter. The check in was at 3:00 p.m. and I entered at 3:40 p.m. when the cleaning man finished cleaning and I was able to enter, the super dirty bathroom full of beard hairs the walls and super small and uncomfortable and not even a mirror, the bed sounded super uncomfortable if you moved and super unstable it seems that you were going to fall. I would never recommend it and I would repeat it in a future opportunity.

The property is a scam. You can’t enter the door and the host does not reply. They haven’t given us a refund. It was an awful experience as we were left stranded on the streets of Milan at 1am with nowhere to stay. Never ever book this property. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a holiday.

It is well located.
Communication with the host was not possible. I asked a question on the day of our arrival and he answered four days later, on the day of our departure.
The apartment is old, it smells really bad, you need to have the window open all the time. But if it's open you won't be able to sleep because of the noise.
The bed base literally collapsed while we were sleeping, we had to fix it ourselves, at 2.30 a.m. One of the chairs was also very shaky, we didn't dare to sit on it.
Pieces of plaster were falling from the ceiling of the bathroom. As there is no broom or mop to clean it up, you just spread it all over the place.
The shower is tiny (70 x 70 cm), a larger person will not fit into it. The cooktop in the kitchen is ancient and not clean.
So apart from it's location there ia nothing good about this place. Just scroll on, don't choose this place.

Extra fee for early check in. WiFi didn't work. Room was not like what was pictured -- bare minimum. Shower was poor. Kitchen had no useful pots or implements. Host was non responsive.

Me and my wife are just speceless. They didn’t pick the call while we are calling , the apartment is too dirty. Bad smell inside the apartment. Dirty smells on bedsheet. The bed are so small for two person . We are just shocked to be honest .. it’s more comfortable to stay at park rather than this apartment..

The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from Milan Central Station, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing.
The entire place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. They had left the fan on and the window open to ventilate, but it didn’t solve the problem.
The sink was faulty and partially broken.
The mattress squeaked with every movement, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Check-in was unnecessarily stressful. We had to call to get the entry code, the instructions provided were unclear and partly incorrect. The woman we spoke to was quite abrupt, which made the situation more uncomfortable.
Overall, the apartment didn’t feel well cared for, and I would look for alternative accommodation next time.

It is not clean, there are no cooking utensils, not even a microwave to heat food. their shower is broken. There were three of us staying but we were only given one towel. I hope next time they indicate the inclusions for the next stayers, they know what to do. for us, not a good apartment.

There are so different the photos and the real apartment. The place is unhealthy The furniture is damaged, and the faucet and washing machine leak water. The pipes are noisy at night, and the floor is very dirty. The bathroom walls are moldy, and the shower head is covered in limescale and broken. The shower screen is also broken and jammed, and the handle is separated from the glass. Terrible. The area is good.

This property is a scam , we sent the property our id’s a week before arrival and paid the city tax in full, and then paid the property in full before arriving to Millan. On the day we arrived the property contacted us requesting us to pay €20 each for a early check in. everything was fine until we turned up outside the apartment and contacted them to gain access to the building, We then received a message saying we are under 25 and won’t be aloud in , this was the last we heard from the property and they refuse to answer anything since. We were left stranded in a Milan with no money to find another place to stay , they knew fine well they were going to refuse us access so they waited until we turned up and had paid in full before telling us so that they could keep all the money that we had paid and have refused to respond to us and bookings.com.

There was almost NOTHING to like about this
It was NOT clean
We called and said that we have different addresses on the booking app and email the lady answered in an annoyed tone saying that she changed out apartament WITHOUT telling us, because the cleaning lady hasn’t cleaned, and then she told us that apparently she did go and clean and we can go there
IT WAS HELL, to get into the house nothing worked, it took us 20 minutes to figure out how to get into the apartament, no clear instructions or nothing.
The apartament does NOT look anything like in the pictures it was NOT clean at all, it was so so dirty, from the floor to the tables, mold in the shower area that they tried to cover with cheap paint HOURS before because it was still not dry, the bed was not so clean and the mattress would not stay put, the beds kept going apart from each other and the mattress would fall, it was so dirty everywhere and overall a horrible experience.
The cheap price does not excuse it. i’ve stayed in same price places in milan and they were MUCH BETTER.

The worst experience ever
It was the worst experience of my life. It's a joke. Please think twice before booking this accommodation. The sofa is broken and you fall when you lie down. The bed... I can't call it a bed, you say it was stolen from a hospital 300 years ago, one leg of the bed was broken. There is no shower in the bathroom, it was broken and no one fixed it. Can you imagine paying to sleep in Milan and not having a place to sleep or how to wash yourself? If you want to contact the owners, no way. No one answers the phone or messages. Extremely dirty. The bathroom is full of hair from previous guests. The outside door is half open, it doesn't close properly and you can't stay calm because you're waiting for someone to steal from you. The first night I wanted to call the police because you actually have no one to talk to, no one answers the number given. It was a real horror. Thieves who only want money.

The accommodation was in December 2022.
The apartment was in quite poor condition in general - especially the bed, the table, and the kitchen. And separately - a bad shower.
When checking in via remote access, an opened room was already occupied by someone else. I had to find where to stay, and whether there are any available rooms. It became possible only thanks to the cleaners.
I had to call the local phone at night ( + language barrier, host speaks only Italian), since there is no administration at the apartment. This increases nervousness and fatigue, especially after long flights.
These apartments can spoil your idea of travel, be careful.

If you are not used to Vikey-E-Check-In, be aware that you need Internet-access plus email functions even to open the building door and the appartement door (room is with tip-key on the door only) . Don't show up with low battery or no internet access. You will be lost!! And, is it common to photograph the passport, quite scary? Rest was OK. Two large rooms plus quiet side street are nice.
Water-boiler attachment doesnt look trustworthy.
