The location was excellent with easy walks to shopping and sites. Big enough apartment to sleep 7 (there is a hideaway bed in closet).
No balcony or nice outside views but we spent most of our time walking around Florence so not a problem.

Very spacious apartment, well maintained
We arrived late due to traffic jam, but still before 11pm. When we arrived it turned out there were no sheets on one double bed, no pillow covers, and no towels. There was no response from the owner when I called
