We had a great stay here

The apartment was as pictured, very clean, big rooms, you have all the utensils for a quick breakfast. The location is near public transport. The host was extremely nice from the time we have booked the rooms until we left. It was a great stay and I totally recommend it

Bright and spacious apartment

Lovely, spacious apartment with everything we needed for a few days’ stay. Well equipped kitchen and a very large living room and bedrooms. Slightly out of the main centre but close to the train station, the apartment is in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Milan.

Clear instructions, super cute apartment, close to public transport, small supermarket, bars & food.

Loved the overall apartment, long windows letting in lots of light and able to walk out onto the small balcony. Super high ceilings and plenty of room to sit and chat or play cards. Super grateful for the lift up to the door. Short walk to the bustop, close to gelato, restaurants and bars.

Unsatisfactory stay for our family

Large apartment. Close to restaurants and bars.

The check-in process to open the front door and apartment door didn’t work very well and was quite frustrating. Water pressure in the shower was poor and it took ages for hot water to come through. The apartment advertised a tv that didn’t work. The apartment listing mentioned 4 beds and showed both double and the single bed fully made up with bed linen. Yet the single bed was not made up and there was no bed linen set aside for it which resulted in our teenager having to share the double bed with an adult which was less than ideal. The apartment was overpriced given all of these issues.

The house and the location was really good. I wish we had more time to stay there with my family.

Location of the building is beautiful. The inside if the house with the high sealing is also give a good feeling.

Hot water for shower was not working properly, it was really hard to arrange the correct temperature.

Good location and atmosphere, but with few problems

The stay was generally good. The area around the accommodation was pleasant and had a nice atmosphere. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and other places nearby, which made it easy to enjoy the neighborhood. Public transportation was very convenient – there was a bus or tram stop right next to the building, and the metro station was just a 6-minute walk away, so we could get anywhere in the city easily. Inside, the environment was nice and cozy, and we slept very well during our stay. It felt comfortable and peaceful, which helped us rest and relax.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The hot water only worked occasionally and the water pressure was very weak. The television was old and not working at all. Most importantly, we couldn’t lock the apartment when we went out, which made us feel unsafe.

I wouldn’t stay here again because of the street noise, but for one night it’s still a reasonable option.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely renovated. We appreciated that we could leave our baggage earlier than check in time !

I expected something more tasteful and elegant based on the photos, but in reality everything was worn out and old. The sofa was scratched, the TV didn’t work, and it was very noisy from the street. I couldn’t sleep until late at night because of cars, motorbikes, and noise from nearby restaurants. Some furniture, like the wardrobe near the entrance, just takes up space for no reason. I was hoping for a stylish apartment, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations .

The apartment is situated in a nice Milanese building, it is very spacious and has a nice view on the surrounding streets. It is not a typical tourist-designed inhabitation, it gives the vibe of authenticity.

Encantadora.

El departamento hermoso, muy limpio, ordenado, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para hospedarse cómodamente con tu familia y amigos. Al salir encuentras un barrio muy hermoso, agradable. Me quedo corta en palabras al describirlo. Quedamos muy encantados tanto del departamento como del sector.

Que no tuve más días para disfrutar más de la estancia en el departamento y de la ciudad 😊🥰

Fantástica estancia en Milán

El interior del salón es de gran clase, con muebles de diseño y una amplitud inesperada. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina estaba suficientemente equipada. Temíamos que el ruido de los bares cercanos o el tráfico nos molestase en la noche, pero las habitaciones estaban bien aisladas.

Quizá echamos de menos tener acceso a la televisión italiana (solo tiene conexión online a servicios de smart tv), pero fue un detalle menor.

God beliggenhet og romslig leilighet :)

God kommunikasjon med vert, og god oppfølging ved spørsmål. Leiligheten var romslig og fin, god beliggenhet med gå avstand til T-bane. Jeg spurte om verten kunne ordne ballonger og vin til en venninne som feiret bursdag, og det fikk de ordnet uten problem. Veldig hyggelig å komme frem til leiligheten med denne lille oppmerksomheten. Vi koste oss masse, og kan anbefale dette oppholdsstedet til andre :)

Eneste jeg kan påpeke er at det er veldig mye støy fra gaten utenfor.

Aangenaam verblijf in ruim appartement op toplocatie

Inchecken gebeurd zeer gemakkelijk via een link die de deur voor je opent, stuur wel zeker op tijd een whatsapp bericht zodat je de link al hebt voor je aan de deur staat. Super locatie, je bent op 10 min bij metro station Lima, levendige buurt, er is genoeg in de buurt om te eten van dessertjes tot avonddiner. Er is zeer dichtbij een Aldi wat enorm gemakkelijk was. Het appartement is enorm ruim en geeft je een leuk gevoel als je binnenkomt. Er zijn genoeg zitplaatsen&stoelen. Alles was netjes en proper, van handdoeken tot strijkijzer. Top appartement dus!

De douche warmt heel traag op, met een zeer zwakke waterstraal, hier moet toch iets aan gedaan worden. Daarnaast mogen de potten en pannen ook wel vernieuwd worden, ze zijn oud en niet meer te gebruiken eigenlijk. Een basic pottenset van de Ikea is zeker de moeite waard voor zo’n appartement.

Ottimo appartamento. Grande, pulito, spazioso. Host gentilissimo: ci è venuto incontro per permetterci di avere il late-checkout. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Forse, ma siamo proprio a cercare il pelo nell'uovo... gli infissi potrebbero essere migliorati per avere insonorizzazione maggiore.
