The location and the apartment were great. It was truly in the center of the city (just a few stops from all the major sights) and the apartment and the courtyard had beautiful, Italian charm. Also, the LeoBrothers were attentive and quick to respond via Whatsapp.

Wifi did not work, had to really complain. The "solution" was to let me connect to a neighboring appartment's wifi. The appartment was very dirty, disgusting. The floor left socks and feet dirty. After complaining, they sent somebody to clean.
