Had to leave 30 minutes after arriving

Location doesn't seem too safe. Free parking is actually just parking on the street in front of the building. 18,90 fee charged cash only by the owner is a strange practice. Room didn't seem too clean and/or looking like it hadn't been open in a while, causing a terrible mold and dust smell caused my wife to have an asthma attack which in turn made us not be able to sleep in this place and book a hotel elsewhere, host offered no option for a refund. Baseboards and bathroom had visible mold and spider webs, as well as the shower floor. Bathroom in a bad condition. Left the windows open to air it out (it's on the first floor) and someone who supposedly lives in the building kept trying to look inside and interact with us.

Enough to get a few hours of sleep if you are only staying one night

The host was very nice, the location was great and the house looked as described in pictures.

The house wasn't very clean at all, floor was dirty, bathroom (I had to clean the toilet myself to use it) and kitchen (dishes and kettle) too, towels were wet, toilet seat was broken, bathroom door didn't close properly and the fridge smelt bad. I personally think that hygiene is bare minimum no matter the price, either if I'm paying 10€ or 1000€, no matter the conditions of the room described in pictures and what I'm paying, I think it should always be clean.

Fair and Friendly

Marco was very friendly. Good situation with the dogs, parking was on street, i guess available if lucky. Good position close 5 mins to public transport and markets. Room was nice and had good facilities. The room had almost everything. AC working very well. Dog parks nearby as well. Pretty fair for the price.

Shower could use some renovation a bit. We had to clean up floors and under bed to feel a bit better also for the doggies. Was only one blanket available.

Perfect for a short stay in Milano / Sesto San Giovanni

- beds to accommodate 5 people! - both property & room were secure. - nice area, close to public transport links (there was a bus stop a 2 min walk from the property with buses regularly running Milano Centrale). - quaint little room with all the essentials, perfect for a short stay. - space for up to 5 people! (1 bunk bed, 1 single bed & 1 double bed). - great value for money. - host was very helpful & friendly.

- facilities were dated & toilet seat was broken (I felt like I was going to fall every time I sat on it lol). - no AC (just a fan) which was less than ideal in the 30+ degree summer heat. - no oven or microwave (just a portable stove). - not ideal for longer stays.

Orribile!

Ho soggiornato in veramente molti luoghi ma questo penso sia stato il peggiore della mia vita. Struttura vecchie, con muffa, con lenzuola sporche...vi dico solo che avevo paura a toccare qualsiasi cosa. Ho trovato persino una crocchetta di cane su una poltroncina e dei capelli sulle lenzuola. Non ho nemmeno avuto il coraggio di dormire dentro alle lenzuola ma ho messo un asciugamano (che sembrava la cosa meno sporca) sopra al letto e ho dormito con la mia pelliccia come coperta. Ringrazio solo di non aver preso malattie e penso che una struttura così non dovrebbe nemmeno essere messa su questo portale.

posto auto, accoglienza e gentilezza da parte del proprietario

L’appartamento si trova in una buona posizione a Milano ed è ben collegato, ma purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva è stata deludente a causa della pulizia e dei servizi al suo interno . Le superfici non erano ben igienizzate (in particolare utenze in cucina, fornello, vasca da bagno, lenzuola), aspetti che hanno reso il soggiorno poco confortevole. A livello di servizi, l’appartamento risulta essere poco all’avanguardia. Se avessi voluto utilizzare la TV, avrei dovuto collegare tutte le varie prese poiché tutte staccate. Analogamente per la presa di corrente situata accanto al letto, completamente malmessa. È un peccato, perché l’alloggio avrebbe un buon potenziale, ma una maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli sarebbe fondamentale per garantire un’esperienza all’altezza delle aspettative. Il proprietario molto cordiale e gentile, che mi ha messo a disposizione il posto auto.

Non era stato minimamente pulito per terra e in bagno. Cestino del bagno pieno, capelli e polvere ovunque, lavandino visibilmente sporco. “Porta” del bagno a soffietto che non si chiude nemmeno. Lenzuola e copriletto visivamente macchiati e lisi.

το ενα κρεβατι δεν ειχε καθολου κουβερτα,οι πετσετες απο μια ο καθενας και αυτες κακης ποιοτητας,τα σεντονια ηταν βρωμικα και αθλια και γενικα ο εξοπλισμος του δωματιου ηταν φτηνος και ακαταληλος.Κατα την παραδωση των κλειδιων μου ειπε 4 φορες για τον φορο να τα καταβαλω μετρητα ,επιμονα.Δεν θα το ξαναχρησιμοποιηουσα ποτε

La stanza ha bisogno di una sistemata: maniglia della finestra che si stacca, porta del bagno a fisarmonica rotta e tavoletta del wc più staccata che altro. Avevo paura a toccare le cose per timore che mi rimanessero in mano, per fortuna ci ho solo dovuto dormire una notte. Una volta aggiustati questi problemi la camera è carina e vale ampiamente il prezzo

L'unica cosa buona è stato il wifi

Camera sporca, piena di polvere. Sono molto restio a lasciare recensioni negative, ma questa è stata, forse la peggiore della mia vita. Mi dispiace per il gestore, che , mi è sembrato una brava persona ma, non è questo il modo di gestire. Se dici che c'è l'aria condizionata, non posso trovare un ventilatore e questo posso anche "accettarlo". Ma non puoi farmi trovare la camera sporca, questo è inaccettabile. Premetto che sto scrivendo la recensione seduto sul pavimento di un altro alloggio in una città vicino Milano e per terra ci puoi mangiare. Chiudo col dire che lo scorso anno in occasione del concerto di Vasco, siamo stati a Milano e allo stesso prezzo abbiamo pernottato in un 3 stelle. Ripeto mi dispiace ma noi non ci siamo trovati bene. Cerca di migliorare la pulizia, metti meno letti in una stanza e oltre agli asciugamani grandi metti quelli piccoli per il viso. In più, quella specie di moquette che c'è nella doccia, non è tanto igienica e aggiungi un tappeto da mettere a terra quando si esce dalla doccia.

Sicuramente il prezzo competitivo

Il monolocale è umido, con lenzuola di carta, e all'arrivo c'era un solo asciugamani che secondo loro avrei dovuto usare per asciugare il viso e il resto del corpo....per non dire altro! Quando ho scritto per chiedere un asciugamani in più hanno anche fatto le loro rimostranze scrivendo, cito testualmente, "Guardi, la prassi è questa! ", anche se poi, dopo le 22.30 mi hanno portato altri asciugamani.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε καλή περιοχή και αρκετά κοντά στο μετρό. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι εξαιρετικοί. Αν και ισόγειο διαμέρισμα, έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη διότι ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μου.

Σε γενικές γραμμές δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να με ενόχλησε. Η διαμονή ήταν ευχάριστη. Θα μπορούσαν ωστόσο να γίνουν κάποιες μικρές προσθήκες, όπως για παράδειγμα να τοποθετηθεί άγκιστρο για τις πετσέτες του λουτρού και για το χαρτί υγείας. Επισημαίνω ότι το λουτρό ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση.

War in Ordnung, vielleicht wieder in Zukunft

Preis-Leistung ist echt in Ordnung, natürlich darf man sich bei günstigen Preisen in Mailand keine Luxus-Unterkunft erwarten. Ich habe sogar verlängert, weil es bei weitem schlechtere Quartiere in Mailand gibt und das Appartment grundsolide ist. Es wird öfters als Model-Appartment genutzt, da muss ich sagen wäre es mir persönlich zu klein (wenn da alle Betten belegt wären), aber so als Einzelperson hat es gepasst. Ich könnte mir durchaus vorstellen, es nochmal zu buchen.

Der Eigentümer war prinzipiell sehr engagiert und persönlich auch durchaus sympathisch, allerdings habe ich mich etwas bedrängt gefühlt, da er gleich bei der Übergabe und auch danach mehrfach mich um eine gute Bewertung gebeten hat auf booking.com. Ich wurde dann auch mit Rabatten geködert um das zu tun, als ich da nicht sofort darauf eingestiegen bin. Das fand ich echt too much. Die Beurteilung von mir hier ist eine wirklich ehrliche, keine top, aber auch keine schlechte Bewertung. Es wäre durchaus wieder eine Option, da ich in Mailand Vergleichsmöglichkeiten besitze und es prinzipiell vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis passt.
